Qu\u2019est-ce que les enseignants ont souhait\u00e9 transmettre ou susciter chez les 20 000 enfants qui ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 cette action ? Quels ateliers sportifs ou de d\u00e9bat ont-ils privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 ? Quel int\u00e9r\u00eat voient-ils \u00e0 ce type de journ\u00e9e ? T\u00e9moignages de professeurs des \u00e9coles de Moselle, des Deux-S\u00e8vres, du Cher, du Calvados et de l\u2019Aude.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb4.7.4&Prime; background_size=\u00a0\u00bbinitial\u00a0\u00bb background_position=\u00a0\u00bbtop_left\u00a0\u00bb background_repeat=\u00a0\u00bbrepeat\u00a0\u00bb module_alignment=\u00a0\u00bbleft\u00a0\u00bb custom_margin=\u00a0\u00bb0px|0px|0px|0px\u00a0\u00bb custom_padding=\u00a0\u00bb50px|50px|30px|50px\u00a0\u00bb z_index_tablet=\u00a0\u00bb500&Prime;]<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-12487 alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/30-Moselle-Vitry-300x240.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"240\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u00ab\u00a0S\u2019appuyer sur la charte d\u00e8s que n\u00e9cessaire\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Anne-France Piatkowski, directrice de l&rsquo;\u00e9cole Ambroise-Thomas de Vitry-sur-Orne (Moselle), o\u00f9 l\u2019initiative de l\u2019Usep a confort\u00e9 le lien fort d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9tabli avec la Charte la la\u00efcit\u00e9\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Toute l\u2019ann\u00e9e, nous souhaitons que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves fassent vivre la charte de la la\u00efcit\u00e9 au quotidien et s&rsquo;appuient sur elle d\u00e8s qu&rsquo;une situation le n\u00e9cessite. Nous leur avons donc demand\u00e9 de s\u2019en approprier les diff\u00e9rents articles et de les traduire avec leurs mots. Les CE1 ont par exemple retenu l&rsquo;esprit de libert\u00e9 : \u00ab\u00a0libert\u00e9 de cr\u00e9er, de dessiner, libert\u00e9 de danser, de chanter\u00a0\u00bb, tandis que les CM2 ont davantage explor\u00e9 la notion de respect.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mois de la la\u00efcit\u00e9. \u00ab\u00a0<\/strong>Nous travaillons en permanence sur les valeurs r\u00e9publicaines, en y apportant un \u00e9clairage particulier depuis la rentr\u00e9e de novembre. Dans notre \u00e9cole, la <a href=\"https:\/\/eduscol.education.fr\/1622\/journee-de-la-laicite-l-ecole-de-la-republique#:~:text=L'anniversaire%20de%20la%20loi,la%C3%AFcit%C3%A9%20au%20sein%20des%20%C3%A9tablissements\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Journ\u00e9e de la la\u00efcit\u00e9<\/a> s\u2019est ainsi transform\u00e9e en un \u00ab\u00a0mois de la la\u00efcit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb. Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sensibles \u00e0 cette initiative et se sont donn\u00e9s \u00e0 fond, notamment en chant et en danse. M\u00eame nos grands CM2 ! Et tous les \u00e9l\u00e8ves d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9mentaire ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation d&rsquo;arbres de la la\u00efcit\u00e9.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>Supports.<\/strong> \u00ab\u00a0Nous avons utilis\u00e9 tous les types de supports mis \u00e0 disposition, notamment visuels. Les clips vid\u00e9o, comme \u00ab\u00a0Un jour, une actu\u00a0\u00bb, parlent beaucoup aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves. Les images sur l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;\u00e9quit\u00e9 ont \u00e9galement suscit\u00e9 de nombreuses r\u00e9actions. Mathis, en CE2, a imm\u00e9diatement fait le rapprochement avec les \u00e9l\u00e8ves qui viennent d&rsquo;un foyer de migrants. Il s&rsquo;est montr\u00e9 tr\u00e8s sensible \u00e0 l&rsquo;importance d&rsquo;accorder \u00e0 tous les m\u00eames chances.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tricolore.<\/strong> \u00ab\u00a0D\u2019eux-m\u00eames, des \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont sugg\u00e9r\u00e9 d\u2019am\u00e9liorer visuellement la flashmob en portant des masques tricolores ou un tee-shirt bleu-blanc-rouge enfil\u00e9 sur le manteau. Certains ont m\u00eame tricot\u00e9, avec les parents ou grands-parents, des \u00e9charpes ou des bonnets\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>Demain. <\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0Nous continuerons \u00e0 chanter et \u00e0 danser sur \u00ab\u00a0Libert\u00e9, \u00e9galit\u00e9, fraternit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb des Enfantastiques. Et cr\u00e9er un arbre de la la\u00efcit\u00e9 chaque 9 d\u00e9cembre sera une sorte de rep\u00e8re de nos valeurs r\u00e9publicaines\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-12494 alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/30-Deux-Sevres-arbre-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u00ab\u00a0En \u00e9cho aux chamailleries de cour d\u2019\u00e9cole\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sandrine Vin\u00e7onneau et Gladys P\u00e9rochon, enseignante et\u00a0directrice de l\u2019\u00e9cole \u00e9l\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 deux classes Joan-Miro de Chenay (Deux-S\u00e8vres), ont insist\u00e9 sur les notions d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et de vivre ensemble\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Nous avons l\u2019habitude d\u2019organiser lors de chaque <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/index.php\/2020\/09\/21\/une-journee-nationale-du-sport-scolaire-pour-renouer-avec-lactivite-physique\/\">Journ\u00e9e nationale du sport scolaire<\/a> un atelier \u00ab\u00a0C\u2019est quoi l\u2019Usep\u00a0\u00bb o\u00f9 sont mentionn\u00e9es les valeurs de la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration, au premier rang desquelles la la\u00efcit\u00e9. De cette la\u00efcit\u00e9, nous en avons reparl\u00e9 avec les \u00e9l\u00e8ves apr\u00e8s l\u2019assassinat de Samuel Paty, en \u00e9tudiant la charte avec eux. C\u2019est pourquoi, afin d\u2019\u00e9viter la redite, nous avons ax\u00e9 notre journ\u00e9e du jeudi 10 d\u00e9cembre autour du \u00ab\u00a0vivre ensemble\u00a0\u00bb, en \u00e9ditant un <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/30-livret_journee_laicite-ecole-79.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">livret<\/a> pour chaque enfant, comme nous le faisons g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pour chaque rencontre Usep.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9quit\u00e9.<\/strong> \u00ab\u00a0Nous avons choisi deux ateliers sportifs sur l&rsquo;\u00e9quit\u00e9 (\u00ab\u00a0Les d\u00e9m\u00e9nageurs \u00e9quitables\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0La course \u00e9quitable\u00a0\u00bb) en \u00e9cho aux chamailleries de cour d\u2019\u00e9cole li\u00e9es \u00e0 cette notion. Apr\u00e8s une phase de jeu ou de course avec les r\u00e8gles habituelles, les enfants ont cherch\u00e9 eux-m\u00eames des solutions pour rendre cette pratique \u00e9quitable.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00e9bats. <\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0Dans un groupe, la discussion s\u2019est ensuite engag\u00e9e \u00e0 partir d\u2019une situation type de cour de r\u00e9cr\u00e9ation :\u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0Trois \u00e9l\u00e8ves contestent le tirage au sort de la composition\u00a0des \u00e9quipes de foot :\u00a0&#8211; Moi je refuse Alceste dans mon \u00e9quipe, il est trop gros !\u00a0&#8211; Moi je ne veux pas de filles dans mon \u00e9quipe !\u00a0&#8211; Eudes garde toujours le ballon, je ne veux pas jouer\u00a0avec lui !\u00a0Que pensez de cette situation ?\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0Un autre groupe a abord\u00e9 ce th\u00e8me directement, et un troisi\u00e8me sous la forme d&rsquo;un \u00ab\u00a0cercle samoan\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0dont sont ressortis les mots \u00ab\u00a0partage\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0mixit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0ensemble\u00a0\u00bb, que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont \u00e9crit et illustr\u00e9 sur des cocardes qu\u2019ils ont ensuite accroch\u00e9es dans l\u2019arbre du jardin de l\u2019\u00e9cole qui est \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent notre \u00ab\u00a0arbre de la la\u00efcit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ensemble.<\/strong> \u00ab\u00a0Dans notre \u00e9cole \u00e0 deux classes, nous favorisons les journ\u00e9es en commun et nous misons beaucoup sur le fait que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves s&rsquo;enrichissent les uns les autres. Et dans le contexte actuel de non-brassage des \u00e9l\u00e8ves en raison du protocole sanitaire, il nous paraissait encore plus important d\u2019en organiser une. Dans chaque atelier sportif, nous avons fait jouer en parall\u00e8le une \u00e9quipe de chaque classe.
