Or nous faisons beaucoup de sport, avec une dynamique qui s\u2019appuie sur l\u2019Usep, d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sente \u00e0 mon arriv\u00e9e il y a onze ans<sup>2<\/sup>, et que j\u2019anime avec mon coll\u00e8gue de CM1, qui \u00e9tait directeur \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quelle est cette pratique\u00a0sportive scolaire ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En temps normal, j\u2019essaie de proposer entre 6 et 12 mercredis apr\u00e8s-midi par an\u00a0: des rencontres locales avec des \u00e9coles proches<sup>3<\/sup> et quelques rencontres d\u00e9partementales, dont deux sorties \u00e0 la journ\u00e9e que les enfants adorent. La premi\u00e8re, c\u2019est la rencontre athl\u00e9tisme \u00e0 Mondeville, pr\u00e8s de Caen (Calvados). Ce jour-l\u00e0, outre l\u2019acc\u00e8s au stade couvert, nous profitons d\u2019une d\u00e9monstration de saut \u00e0 la perche qui fait toujours son effet\u00a0: les enfants ont les yeux qui brillent lorsqu\u2019ils voient un athl\u00e8te qui s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 5 m de hauteur&#8230; La seconde, c\u2019est Usep-Plages \u00e0 Trouville, avec 750 enfants, dont 300 de l\u2019Orne. \u00c9videmment, cette ann\u00e9e, c\u2019est compromis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Combien d\u2019enfants sont-ils licenci\u00e9s\u00a0\u00e0 l\u2019Usep ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une quarantaine pour nos activit\u00e9s du mercredi apr\u00e8s-midi, et nous licencions aussi les CM1-CM2 qui n\u2019y participent pas pour les sorties \u00e0 la journ\u00e9e, sachant qu\u2019\u00e0 La Fert\u00e9-Mac\u00e9 nous avons conserv\u00e9 le mercredi matin travaill\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c0 quoi a ressembl\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e\u00a0particuli\u00e8re ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Comme nous nous ne pouvions pas rencontrer les enfants d\u2019autres \u00e9coles, nous nous sommes fait pr\u00eater par l\u2019Usep du mat\u00e9riel pour faire d\u00e9couvrir le kinball ou le speedmington, et nous avons fait appel aux clubs locaux pour animer des s\u00e9ances d\u2019EPS, m\u00eame si la fermeture des gymnases a l\u00e0 aussi compliqu\u00e9 les choses\u00a0: il a fallu jongler avec la m\u00e9t\u00e9o, en profitant des journ\u00e9es les plus douces et les moins pluvieuses. Lundi 29 mars par exemple, c\u2019\u00e9tait le d\u00e9but du cycle foot pour les CP-CE1, avec le concours de la Jeunesse Fertoise et de coll\u00e9giens en section foot. Le cycle handball des CE2-CM1 et le cycle volley de mes CM2 s\u2019appuient sur le m\u00eame genre de collaboration. Nous avions justement une s\u00e9ance vendredi 2 avril, avant la fermeture des \u00e9coles\u2026 Par le pass\u00e9, nous avons aussi sollicit\u00e9 le club de tennis de table et, lorsque je propose, un cycle escalade, nous avons acc\u00e8s au mur de bloc du club local, dont je suis licenci\u00e9. En revanche, nous sommes tout \u00e0 fait autonomes lorsqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019Usep nous proposons un cross, de l\u2019orientation, du badminton ou une rencontre autour du handicap.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le label G\u00e9n\u00e9ration 2024 a-t-il \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9terminant pour nouer ces partenariats\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9terminant, non, car les clubs sont eux-m\u00eames int\u00e9ress\u00e9s \u00e0 faire conna\u00eetre leur sport et \u00e9tablir une passerelle. Mais l\u2019intitul\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0G\u00e9n\u00e9ration 2024\u00a0\u00bb parle aux clubs, comme il parle aux sportifs que nous sollicitions pour des interventions. Lors de la <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/index.php\/2020\/01\/28\/semaine-olympique-et-paralympique\/\">Semaine olympique et paralympique<\/a> 2020, l\u2019ancien champion de marche athl\u00e9tique <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Martial_Fesselier\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Martial Fesselier<\/a>, quatre participations aux JO, est ainsi venu passer un apr\u00e8s-midi \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole. J\u2019ai aussi organis\u00e9 pour mes CM2 un \u00e9change vid\u00e9o les fr\u00e8res <a href=\"https:\/\/tokyo2020.org\/fr\/actu\/les-freres-mawem-des-jeux-olympiques-en-famille#:~:text=Pour%20n'importe%20quel%20athl%C3%A8te,fran%C3%A7ais%20Bassa%20et%20Micka%C3%ABl%20Mawem\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bassa et Micka\u00ebl Mawen<\/a>, tous deux champions d\u2019escalade et qualifi\u00e9s pour les Jeux de Tokyo, o\u00f9 la discipline fait son entr\u00e9e au programme. Nous \u00e9tions dans un cycle escalade, et mes \u00e9l\u00e8ves leur ont pos\u00e9 des questions sur leur pr\u00e9paration, leur entra\u00eenement, etc.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-13722 alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/35-asso-G2024-Ferte-3-tir-arc-300x244.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"244\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Et avec la mairie\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le label n\u2019a pas chang\u00e9 grand-chose. Nous avions d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u2019excellentes relations, et l\u2019animateur sportif municipal vient r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement nous \u00e9pauler. Cette ann\u00e9e, il va proposer du tir \u00e0 l\u2019arc aux CE2 et aux CM1 et encadrer des s\u00e9ances de voile sur le plan d\u2019eau. Dans l\u2019Orne, c\u2019est une vraie chance\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u2019est-ce que ce label G\u00e9n\u00e9ration 2024 apporte \u00e0 la vie de l\u2019\u00e9cole\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il renvoie l\u2019image d\u2019une \u00e9cole dynamique et ouverte sur l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, o\u00f9 le sport a toute sa place<sup>4<\/sup>. \u00c0 ce titre, les mercredis Usep, o\u00f9 nous accueillons g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les enfants \u00e0 partir du CE1, sont des moments privil\u00e9gi\u00e9s. Pour les petits, partager un pique-nique puis un apr\u00e8s-midi de sport avec les grands, \u00e7a repr\u00e9sente quelque chose. Moi-m\u00eame, j\u2019apprends \u00e0 conna\u00eetre des \u00e9l\u00e8ves que je ne connais pas encore.
