En raison du contexte sanitaire, celles-ci se d\u00e9roulera pour la premi\u00e8re fois en distanciel.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb4.9.3&Prime; background_size=\u00a0\u00bbinitial\u00a0\u00bb background_position=\u00a0\u00bbtop_left\u00a0\u00bb background_repeat=\u00a0\u00bbrepeat\u00a0\u00bb module_alignment=\u00a0\u00bbleft\u00a0\u00bb custom_margin=\u00a0\u00bb0px|0px|0px|0px\u00a0\u00bb custom_padding=\u00a0\u00bb50px|50px|30px|50px\u00a0\u00bb z_index_tablet=\u00a0\u00bb500&Prime;]<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/index.php\/2020\/12\/03\/qui-sont-les-nouveaux-elus-nationaux-1-sabine-bolle-et-dominique-caron\/\">Dominique Caron<\/a>, votre premi\u00e8re AG en tant que secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral offre deux particularit\u00e9s\u00a0: elle intervient 6 mois seulement apr\u00e8s la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, d\u00e9cal\u00e9e \u00e0 octobre en raison du confinement du printemps dernier, et se d\u00e9roule en distanciel. Qu\u2019est-ce que cela change\u00a0sur le plan de l\u2019organisation\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>DC\u00a0: La crise sanitaire aura fortement perturb\u00e9 le quotidien des associations et comit\u00e9s, mais aussi nos rendez-vous statutaires. Dans son ordre du jour, cette assembl\u00e9e \u00e0 distance et en partie \u00e9lective<sup>1<\/sup> sera similaire \u00e0 une assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale en pr\u00e9sentiel. Nous avons cependant anticip\u00e9 le fait que la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019attention devant son \u00e9cran est moindre que dans une salle. Les pr\u00e9sentations seront plus rythm\u00e9es et nous avons r\u00e9duit la dur\u00e9e de l\u2019AG \u00e0 la journ\u00e9e du samedi, avec la possibilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9border sur le dimanche matin si n\u00e9cessaire. Nous avons fait appel \u00e0 un prestataire de vote num\u00e9rique \u00e0 distance et l\u2019ensemble des votes seront regroup\u00e9s sur la plage 12h-14h pour \u00e9viter l\u2019encombrement du r\u00e9seau ou laisser au mandat\u00e9 le temps de trouver une solution de repli s\u2019il rencontre un probl\u00e8me technique.<\/p>\n<p>Ce qui change aussi, c\u2019est un d\u00e9but de mandature tronqu\u00e9. Aussi le <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/index.php\/2017\/09\/25\/comitedirecteur\/\">comit\u00e9 directeur<\/a> \u00e9lu \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/index.php\/2020\/10\/03\/ag-de-lorient-veronique-moreira-reelue-presidente-de-lusep\/\">Lorient en octobre<\/a> s\u2019est-il aussit\u00f4t r\u00e9uni en s\u00e9minaire afin de d\u00e9finir et r\u00e9diger de mani\u00e8re collective le projet de mandature qui sera soumis au vote. Mais, surtout, une AG Usep ne se limite pas \u00e0 des temps en pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re. C\u2019est un moment de vie, d\u2019\u00e9changes plus ou moins informels, de convivialit\u00e9. Tous ces temps contribuent aussi \u00e0 f\u00e9d\u00e9rer notre mouvement. Et m\u00eame si d\u00e9sormais nous avons tous l\u2019exp\u00e9rience des modalit\u00e9s num\u00e9riques \u00e0 travers les webconf\u00e9rences et les temps statuaires d\u00e9partementaux ou r\u00e9gionaux qui, eux aussi, se d\u00e9roulent int\u00e9gralement \u00e0 distance, nous avons h\u00e2te de nous retrouver \u00ab\u00a0en vrai\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00e9ronique Moreira, en quoi ce <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/36-presentation-AG-texte-PSF.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">projet sportif associatif f\u00e9d\u00e9ral<\/a> tourn\u00e9 vers l\u2019\u00e9ch\u00e9ance 2024 se distingue-t-il du pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>VM\u00a0: Il cherche moins \u00e0 s\u2019en distinguer qu\u2019\u00e0 se situer dans sa continuit\u00e9, tout en s\u2019inscrivant dans la perspective des Jeux olympiques et paralympiques de 2024. Il fait ainsi le lien entre le <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/index.php\/2019\/10\/07\/emparez-vous-du-manifeste-des-enfants-de-lusep\/\">Manifeste des enfants<\/a>, op\u00e9ration phare de la mandature pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, et l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nement <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/index.php\/2020\/10\/07\/un-evenement-national-pour-se-projeter-jusquen-2024\/\">Unis\u2019Vers 2024<\/a>, con\u00e7u pour f\u00e9d\u00e9rer autour de cette \u00e9ch\u00e9ance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quels en sont les axes principaux\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>VM\u00a0: Nous conservons notre structuration en trois champs \u2013\u00a0vie sportive, vie associative, p\u00e9dagogie-recherche-formation\u00a0\u2013, avec la rencontre sportive associative comme \u00e9l\u00e9ment commun. Et l\u2019accompagnement des territoires, qui \u00e9tait une volont\u00e9 affich\u00e9e, est mieux structur\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>DC\u00a0: Il y a aussi davantage de transversalit\u00e9 et de porosit\u00e9 entre ces champs, qui s\u2019appuient sur les indicateurs d\u2019un Laboratoire des pratiques qui a encore gagn\u00e9 en efficience pour servir l\u2019\u00e9valuation et la prospective.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comment cette transversalit\u00e9 s\u2019incarne-t-elle\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les 17 <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/index.php\/2017\/09\/25\/groupes-de-travail-et-commissions-nationalescommissionsetgt\/\">groupes de travail<\/a> nationaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pens\u00e9s \u00e0 travers elle. Auparavant, on essayait de trouver des articulations une fois ceux-ci mis en place.\u00a0L\u00e0, les liens ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tablis d\u00e8s leur cr\u00e9ation.<\/p>\n<p>DC\u00a0: Les profils des membres des GT sont \u00e9galement pluriels. Nous nous sommes efforc\u00e9s de r\u00e9unir un \u00e9lu, un d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9, un formateur\u2026 Cela aussi contribue \u00e0 la transversalit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00e9ronique Moreira, ce projet de mandature fait \u00e9cho \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00e9ritage attendu des Jeux olympiques et paralympiques de 2024. Le paradoxe est que, dans le contexte actuel, la pratique physique et sportive des enfants est en chute. Comment l\u2019Usep peut-elle contribuer \u00e0 sortir de ce dilemme\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En se d\u00e9veloppant\u00a0! Quand nous pensons accompagnement des comit\u00e9s, c\u2019est dans le but qu\u2019ils augmentent leur volume d\u2019activit\u00e9 et r\u00e9unissent davantage d\u2019associations et de licenci\u00e9s. Tout, dans ce projet de mandature, est tourn\u00e9 autour de cet objectif central. Et pour qu\u2019il soit plus facile \u00e0 d\u00e9cliner par les comit\u00e9s, nous allons mettre \u00e0 leur disposition un outil interactif, avec une trame commune dans laquelle ils inscriront leurs actions. Le rassemblement des dirigeants programm\u00e9 au d\u00e9but de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 doit aussi permettre au r\u00e9seau de s\u2019approprier ce projet.<\/p>\n<p>DC : Du 7 au 9 juillet, \u00e0 Tours.
