global_colors_info=\u00a0\u00bb{}\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p>La rencontre sportive associative Usep rugby 2023 r\u00e9pond \u00e0 un double objectif\u00a0: adapter la rencontre rugby au concept de rencontre sportive associative en rendant l\u2019enfant pleinement acteur de celle-ci, et lever les \u00e9ventuelles appr\u00e9hensions des enseignants en faisant entrer les enfants dans l\u2019activit\u00e9 par le jeu \u00ab\u00a0au toucher\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0au contact\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb4.16&Prime; global_colors_info=\u00a0\u00bb{}\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p>Faire d\u00e9couvrir les bases du jeu au plus grand nombre\u00a0: l\u2019objectif n\u2019a pas chang\u00e9, mais <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/73-RSA-Rugby-2023.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">la rencontre sportive associative Usep rugby 2023<\/a> actualise les formules \u00e9labor\u00e9es depuis la premi\u00e8re action <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/index.php\/2021\/09\/28\/scolarugby\/\">Scolarugby<\/a> initi\u00e9e en 2005. Cette nouvelle proposition est d\u00e9taill\u00e9e dans un livret \u00e0 destination des enseignants, fruit du travail partenarial entre l\u2019Usep et la FFR.<\/p>\n<p>Cette rencontre actualis\u00e9e r\u00e9pond au nouveau concept Ecol\u2019Ovale de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ffr.fr\/ffr\/la_federation\/presentation_de_la_federation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FFR<\/a>, qui propose plusieurs formes de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ffr.fr\/ffr\/ecol_ovale\/informations_generales\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pratique scolaire du rugby<\/a>. Dans le premier degr\u00e9, il se caract\u00e9rise par une entr\u00e9e dans l\u2019activit\u00e9 par le \u00ab\u00a0jeu au toucher 2 secondes\u00a0\u00bb. Pour le d\u00e9fenseur, il s\u2019agit de toucher le porteur de balle entre la ceinture et les \u00e9paules avec les deux mains simultan\u00e9ment. L\u2019attaquant porteur du ballon a alors deux secondes pour faire une passe que ses opposants n\u2019ont pas le droit d\u2019emp\u00eacher. Cette adaptation des r\u00e8gles supprime le plaquage et r\u00e9duit les risques de choc. Elle permet ainsi de lever les appr\u00e9hensions que nourrissent parfois les enseignants, tout en favorisant le jeu en mouvement. La formule propos\u00e9e est par ailleurs celle du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ffr.fr\/jouer-au-rugby\/rugby-a-5\/informations-generales-2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">jeu \u00e0 5<\/a>, facile \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre.<\/p>\n<p>Cette nouvelle proposition r\u00e9pond \u00e9galement au concept de <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/index.php\/2017\/11\/16\/rencontres-sportives-associatives\/\">rencontre sportive associative<\/a> promu par l\u2019Usep et adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque activit\u00e9 selon le principe de l\u2019enfant \u00ab\u00a0organisateur de sa rencontre\u00a0\u00bb.
