Les candidats aux CRPE d\u00e9couvrent que l\u2019USEP est un levier pour rendre l\u2019enfant acteur dans un cadre associatif au plus pr\u00e8s de l\u2019\u00e9cole. La d\u00e9marche de projet\u00a0 aboutissant \u00e0 la rencontre sportive dans la continuit\u00e9 de l\u2019EPS est le c\u0153ur de l\u2019action de l\u2019USEP.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le lien entre les activit\u00e9s physiques et sportives et la sant\u00e9 est un enjeu majeur pour l\u2019USEP.\u00a0 Les activit\u00e9s USEP associent pratique physique et r\u00e9flexion sur sa pratique gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des ateliers d\u00e9bat pour s\u2019exercer \u00e0 l\u2019esprit critique, apprendre \u00e0 mieux se connaitre et vivre sereinement avec les autres. La probl\u00e9matique de la sant\u00e9 pr\u00e9sente dans les questionnements au CRPE est appr\u00e9hend\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019USEP par des actions concr\u00e8tes mises en \u0153uvre au travers de dispositifs \u00e9voqu\u00e9s dans la vid\u00e9o qui ont toute leur place dans les\u00a0 rencontres sportives et associatives.<\/p>\n<h3>Un r\u00e9seau, v\u00e9ritable accompagnement<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son fonctionnement associatif, le r\u00e9seau USEP est un appui pour les enseignants en d\u00e9but de carri\u00e8re et parfois isol\u00e9s. Les rencontres sportives permettent \u00e0 la fois de dynamiser l\u2019enseignement de l\u2019EPS tout en favorisant les \u00e9changes entre enseignants. Chacune est l\u2018occasion pour les adultes de se rencontrer, de partager, de s\u2019entraider tout en s\u2019inscrivant dans des d\u00e9marches positives.
