C\u2019est particuli\u00e8rement important sur un territoire aussi vaste que la r\u00e9gion Aura.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Avec un impact sur la fa\u00e7on de d\u00e9cliner l\u2019activit\u00e9\u00a0football sur le terrain\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oui. Nous portions par exemple au niveau r\u00e9gional le <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/index.php\/2018\/07\/03\/des-defis-coopetitifs-pour-des-rencontres-usep-inclusives-et-citoyennes\/\">football coop\u00e9titif<\/a>, o\u00f9 des cartes \u00ab\u00a0coup de pouce\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0coup d\u2019\u00e9clat\u00a0\u00bb permettent de r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrer le rapport de force entre deux \u00e9quipes\u00a0au cours d\u2019un match\u00a0: une \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9volution culturelle\u00a0\u00bb alors loin d\u2019\u00eatre gagn\u00e9e\u00a0! Mais nos \u00e9changes avec la Ligue de football et les mises en \u0153uvre sur le terrain ont permis d\u2019uniformiser nos pratiques, y compris \u00e0 l\u2019Usep, o\u00f9 certains comit\u00e9s ne faisaient pas encore rayonner ce football coop\u00e9titif. Et si la FFF a fait un pas vers nous, en son sein les choses avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 beaucoup \u00e9volu\u00e9, \u00e0 l\u2019initiative de cadres des Ligues (r\u00e9gionales) et des districts (d\u00e9partementaux) souvent issus des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.onisep.fr\/Choisir-mes-etudes\/apres-le-bac\/principaux-domaines-d-etudes\/Les-licences-de-sciences\/les-licences-staps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Staps<\/a> ou de l\u2019\u00c9ducation nationale. L\u2019approche Usep faisait sens pour eux.<\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-18713 alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/095-4-foot-cartes-coopetitif-Usep-69-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cela s\u2019est donc traduit sur <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/index.php\/2017\/10\/10\/footalecole\/\">Foot \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole<\/a>\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oui. En Auvergne-Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes, les \u00e9ducateurs de club doivent d\u2019ailleurs suivre un cursus de 16 heures sur l\u2019op\u00e9ration et sur la d\u00e9marche \u00ab\u00a0premier degr\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb avant d\u2019intervenir en EPS ou sur les rencontres Usep\u00a0: 2 journ\u00e9es durant lesquelles nous venons expliquer avec les repr\u00e9sentants de l\u2019\u00c9ducation nationale les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s de l\u2019\u00e9cole, du \u00ab\u00a0public classe\u00a0\u00bb et de l\u2019Usep. \u00c0 raison de 1 ou 2 formations r\u00e9gionales par an, les \u00e9ducateurs de football appr\u00e9hendent mieux aujourd\u2019hui le milieu scolaire et ses attentes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Que repr\u00e9sente l\u2019op\u00e9ration dans le Rh\u00f4ne\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nous avons d\u00e9marr\u00e9 en 2016 avec une dizaine de classes. Cela a ensuite grimp\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 une quarantaine avant de retomber autour de 25-30 avec le Covid. Les points forts de Foot \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole sont le projet culturel et les dotations en mat\u00e9riel sportif et p\u00e9dagogique, avec de notre part un accompagnement des enseignants, conjointement avec les conseiller p\u00e9dagogiques de circonscription (CPC EPS).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-18711 alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/095-2-majeure-foot-cour-ecole-bass-def-credit-FFF-300x204.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"204\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Comment cela se d\u00e9roule-t-il pour une classe\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les classes participent \u00e0 un cycle football dans le cadre de l\u2019EPS, en autonomie ou avec l\u2019appui d\u2019un \u00e9ducateur de club form\u00e9 au milieu scolaire. Toutes ne sont pas affili\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019Usep, mais elles doivent l\u2019\u00eatre pour participer aux rencontres d\u00e9partementales que nous coorganisons avec les districts. Dans le Rh\u00f4ne, nous en organisons g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement deux.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-18714 alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/095-5-foot-match-300x221.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"221\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c0<\/strong><strong> quoi ces rencontres Foot \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole\u00a0ressemblent-elles\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Elles se d\u00e9roulent sur la journ\u00e9e, autour d\u2019un tournoi coop\u00e9titif organis\u00e9 par poules de 4 \u00e9quipes, mixtes et de niveau homog\u00e8ne (CE1-CE2 et CM1-CM2). C\u2019est du foot \u00e0 5, avec 4 joueurs de champ et 1 gardien qui d\u00e9fend sa \u00ab cage \u00bb et deux autres petits buts sur les c\u00f4t\u00e9s, sachant que dans un cas le but marqu\u00e9 vaut trois points, et dans l\u2019autre un seul. Nous sollicitons aussi les coll\u00e9giens UNSS des sections sportives football pour aider les jeunes us\u00e9piens \u00e0 arbitrer les rencontres, ce qui n\u2019est pas toujours simple. Sur l\u2019autre demi-journ\u00e9e, les enfants participent \u00e0 des ateliers associatifs \u2013 un d\u00e9bat par exemple \u2013 et de d\u00e9couverte : foot-golf, foot en marchant, ou sensibilisation au handicap \u00e0 travers le c\u00e9cifoot. Sans oublier la valorisation des productions culturelles r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par les classes sur le th\u00e8me d\u2019ann\u00e9e, qui l&rsquo;an pass\u00e9 portait sur l&rsquo;\u00e9co-citoyennet\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-18716 alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/095-7-crea-environnement-300x200.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Le football a pourtant longtemps p\u00e2ti d\u2019une image tr\u00e8s n\u00e9gative aupr\u00e8s des professeurs des \u00e9coles\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est vrai. Moi qui suis issu du football \u2013 j\u2019ai pratiqu\u00e9, entra\u00een\u00e9 des \u00e9quipes de jeunes, pass\u00e9 le brevet d\u2019\u00c9tat et fait partie de l\u2019\u00e9quipe technique du district du Rh\u00f4ne \u2013, il m\u2019a fallu \u00eatre tr\u00e8s patient pour faire accepter l\u2019activit\u00e9 dans les enseignements du premier degr\u00e9, tant de la part des repr\u00e9sentants de l\u2019inspection acad\u00e9mique (conseillers p\u00e9dagogiques d\u00e9partementaux et de circonscription) que des enseignants, qui ne voyaient que le foot spectacle, bling-bling, et ses d\u00e9viances, comme le rapport \u00e0 l\u2019argent. Personnellement, je crois aux fondements \u00e9ducatifs du football, qui est le sport le plus pratiqu\u00e9<sup>1 <\/sup>et poss\u00e8de un tr\u00e8s fort impact social. \u00c0 mon sens, ne pas l\u2019utiliser comme support \u00e9ducatif \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole et \u00e0 l\u2019Usep serait faillir \u00e0 notre mission de service public.<\/p>\n<p><em>(1) <\/em><em>En 2021-2022, 70 % des comit\u00e9s Usep ont organis\u00e9 des actions partenariales dans le cadre de la convention nationale sign\u00e9e avec la FFF, ce qui en fait la 2<sup>e<\/sup> activit\u00e9 apr\u00e8s le rugby. On recensait ainsi <\/em><em>333 rencontres football, 105 580 participations d&rsquo;enfants (7,1% des participations \u00e0 des rencontres Usep, essentiellement en \u00e9l\u00e9mentaire) et 1 860 participations d&rsquo;\u00e9coles.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-18699 alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/095-logo-foot-ecole-300x186.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"186\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Contribuer \u00e0 la formation continue des enseignants et animateurs<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-18717 alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/095-8-foot-archives-Clairefontaine-300x208.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"208\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Le Programme national de formation (PNF) \u00ab\u00a0football en milieu scolaire\u00a0\u00bb est \u00e0 la fois une formation de formateurs et un outil de mise en r\u00e9seau entre la FFF, l\u2019\u00c9ducation nationale et les f\u00e9d\u00e9rations sportives scolaires (Usep, UNSS, Ugsel et l\u2019AEFE, Agence pour l\u2019\u00e9ducation fran\u00e7aise \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger). Chaque partenaire participe au comit\u00e9 de pilotage puis \u00e0 l\u2019organisation et \u00e0 l\u2019animation de ce stage de 3 jours qui vise \u00e0 faire \u00e9voluer les pratiques \u00e0 travers la formation continue des enseignants et des animateurs des associations d\u2019\u00e9cole. Le th\u00e8me 2023 est ainsi \u00e9nonc\u00e9\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0En quoi les pratiques des footballs et les valeurs qu\u2019ils v\u00e9hiculent (olympisme, R\u00e9publique, f\u00e9d\u00e9ration) peuvent concourir \u00e0 l\u2019inclusion et au d\u00e9veloppement\/transformation de l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve dans son parcours\u00a0?\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e9sidente de l\u2019Usep V\u00e9ronique Moreira, le directeur J\u00e9r\u00f4me Vandenabeele, l\u2019adjoint \u00e0 la direction nationale Lewis Nicol et les vice-pr\u00e9sidents en charge de la vie sportive et de la p\u00e9dagogie-recherche, Patrick Morel et Geoffroy Noir, y interviendront pour d\u00e9fendre une pratique du football permettant \u00e0 tous les publics scolaires de prendre du plaisir et de d\u00e9velopper des comp\u00e9tences motrices et \u00e9ducatives. S\u2019il permet de d\u00e9velopper des habilet\u00e9s sp\u00e9cifiques li\u00e9es \u00e0 la manipulation du ballon avec le pied, comme tout sport collectif le football permet en effet de vivre des \u00e9motions au service de la formation du citoyen.
