Les partenaires locaux du Savoir Rouler \u00e0 V\u00e9lo, associ\u00e9s au sein d\u2019un comit\u00e9 de pilotage, sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 mettre les bouch\u00e9es doubles, et m\u00eame plus, pour d\u00e9livrer 4 196 nouvelles attestations d\u2019ici le 31 d\u00e9cembre !<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019inverse, d\u2019autres d\u00e9partements sont tr\u00e8s en avance aux temps interm\u00e9diaires. M\u00eame s\u2019il est probable que, sur leur lanc\u00e9e, l\u2019Usep et les autres acteurs nivernais ne rel\u00e2chent pas leurs efforts et contribuent \u00e0 \u00e9quilibrer les comptes nationaux.<\/p>\n<p>Comme on n\u2019est pas au Tour de France, le minist\u00e8re n\u2019\u00e9tablit pas de palmar\u00e8s. N\u00e9anmoins, ses services int\u00e8grent dans le tableau partag\u00e9 avec ses partenaires un code couleur\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0bleu, orange, rouge\u00a0\u00bb qui vient rappeler que l\u2019objectif d\u2019ann\u00e9e est atteint, qu\u2019il l\u2019est \u00ab\u00a0presque\u00a0\u00bb ou qu\u2019il ne l\u2019est pas\u2026 Neuf d\u00e9partements sont \u00e9galement surlign\u00e9s de jaune fluo. On ne s\u2019\u00e9tonnera donc pas que le Rh\u00f4ne, les Bouches-du-Rh\u00f4ne, le Nord et bien s\u00fbr Paris et les d\u00e9partements de la petite couronne soient en retrait. En campagne, ce sont peut-\u00eatre les \u00e9ducateurs qui manquent ou l\u2019\u00e9loignement qui fait probl\u00e8me. Si sa performance d\u2019ensemble la place aujourd\u2019hui au premier rang des acteurs du Savoir Rouler \u00e0 V\u00e9lo, le contraste est fort d\u2019un comit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019autre. Dans 13 d\u00e9partements, la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration est m\u00eame absente du dispositif. Ou bien trouver des solutions de financement.
