Sans que ce soit un but en soi, nous avons donc tout de suite \u00ab\u00a0fait du chiffre\u00a0\u00bb. \u00c9tant l\u2019un des seuls acteurs engag\u00e9s, nous sommes apparus d\u2019embl\u00e9e comme incontournables.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-19068 alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/017-3-SRAV-55-Ptit-Tour-USEP-55-Meuse-a-velo-Stenay-Mouzay-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mat\u00e9riel.<\/strong> \u00ab\u00a0Les maternelles disposent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d\u2019objets roulants et, en \u00e9l\u00e9mentaire, les enfants utilisent souvent leurs propres v\u00e9los. Nous mettons cependant \u00e0 disposition des associations une quinzaine de v\u00e9los adapt\u00e9s aux enfants de cycle 2, et une trentaine \u00e0 ceux de cycle 3, principalement pour les \u00e9coles class\u00e9es en r\u00e9seau d\u2019\u00e9ducation prioritaire (Rep+). Ils sont entretenus par un professionnel local et nous en rachetons r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement un ou deux.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-19069 alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/017-4-SRAV-55-ACM-Gondrecourt-le-Chateau-300x242.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"242\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hors temps scolaire.<\/strong> \u00ab\u00a0Le Savoir Rouler \u00e0 V\u00e9lo ne rel\u00e8ve pas sp\u00e9cifiquement de l\u2019\u00e9cole et peut se d\u00e9ployer hors temps scolaire. D\u00e8s le d\u00e9but, nous l\u2019avons propos\u00e9 aux accueils collectifs de mineurs (ACM), avec une plaquette diffus\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s des collectivit\u00e9s, en particulier celles associ\u00e9es au comit\u00e9 de pilotage du dispositif. Sylvain Chassaigne, le d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 d\u00e9partemental, anime ces formations pendant les p\u00e9riodes de vacances. Nous intervenons aussi aupr\u00e8s de collectivit\u00e9s d\u00e9clinant le plan mercredi, avec une aide financi\u00e8re du SDJES (Service d\u00e9partemental \u00e0 la jeunesse, \u00e0 l\u2019engagement et aux sports). En revanche, nous ne sommes pas pr\u00e9sents sur le temps p\u00e9riscolaire\u00a0: ce n\u2019est pas compatible avec le planning d\u2019un d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 d\u00e9partemental.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-19070 alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/017-5-SRAV-55-TDFF-01-Remise-attestations-SRAV-par-Mme-Elisabeth-Borne-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Partenariat avec l\u2019Ufolep.<\/strong> \u00ab L\u2019Usep Meuse n\u2019\u00e9tant pas organisme de formation, nous nous sommes rapproch\u00e9s du comit\u00e9 Ufolep, qui lui l\u2019est, pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 une demande de formation d\u2019animateurs \u00e9manant de la communaut\u00e9 d\u2019agglom\u00e9ration de Bar-le-Duc. L\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 dernier, nous nous sommes \u00e9galement r\u00e9parti les interventions aupr\u00e8s des ACM : les blocs 1 et 2 pour l\u2019Ufolep, puis le bloc 3 et la validation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale pour l\u2019Usep, par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire de Sylvain Chassaigne.
