Nous organisons depuis une trentaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es des s\u00e9jours cyclo dans le sud des Landes<sup>1<\/sup>, sur un terrain plus adapt\u00e9, avec de nombreuses pistes cyclables et un relief plat. En 2022, ces s\u00e9jours ont touch\u00e9 plus de 800 \u00e9l\u00e8ves. Nous fournissons en amont du mat\u00e9riel aux \u00e9coles pour que les enseignants pr\u00e9parent avec leur classe les blocs\u00a01 et 2 du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sports.gouv.fr\/savoir-rouler-velo-609\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Savoir Rouler \u00e0 V\u00e9lo<\/a>. Puis, lors de ces s\u00e9jours de 3 jours et 2 nuits, les enfants valident le bloc\u00a03 lors de sorties \u00e0 la d\u00e9couverte du patrimoine naturel \u2013\u00a0marais, dunes, lacs\u00a0\u2013 en empruntant alternativement voies vertes et routes ouvertes \u00e0 la circulation.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mat\u00e9riel.<\/strong> \u00ab\u00a0Le Savoir Rouler \u00e0 V\u00e9lo a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019occasion de renforcer notre offre cyclo aupr\u00e8s des associations, en investissant dans du mat\u00e9riel\u00a0: des v\u00e9los, mais aussi des bascules, des plots, des \u00e9chelles de cordes\u2026 Tout un kit \u00e9cocon\u00e7u en bois et cordes de chanvre pour travailler la maniabilit\u00e9, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par l\u2019Usep Nouvelle-Aquitaine avec l\u2019\u00e9quipementier poitevin Iteuil-Sports. Concernant plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment notre comit\u00e9, ces trois derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es l\u2019enveloppe d\u00e9di\u00e9e au v\u00e9lo a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 les\u00a030\u00a0000\u00a0\u20ac gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des subventions\u00a0repr\u00e9sentant 60\u00a0% de ce montant<sup>2<\/sup>.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>Formation.<\/strong> \u00ab\u00a0La formation des enseignants, sur une journ\u00e9e enti\u00e8re, est un autre levier. Au-del\u00e0 des apprentissages techniques, il s\u2019agit de lever les appr\u00e9hensions \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de l\u2019activit\u00e9, d\u00e9cupl\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019amener les enfants sur la route. En trois ans, nous avons form\u00e9 une centaine de professeurs des \u00e9coles. Au d\u00e9but l\u2019Usep animait seule ces formations de printemps, et depuis l\u2019an pass\u00e9 nous sommes \u00e9paul\u00e9s par l\u2019\u00e9quipe EPS.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-19115 alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/013-SRAV-6-Usep-64-ptit-tour-pano3-300x176.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"176\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u2019tit Tour.<\/strong> \u00ab\u00a0Depuis l\u2019an pass\u00e9, le <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/index.php\/2018\/02\/05\/le-ptit-tour-usep-2018\/\">P\u2019tit Tour<\/a> a pris une nouvelle dimension dans les Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es-Atlantiques, avec un parcours qui traverse le d\u00e9partement d\u2019est en ouest, de Montaut, pr\u00e8s de Lourdes, \u00e0 la plage de la Barre \u00e0 Anglet. Il y a un passage de t\u00e9moin entre \u00e9coles, chacune ajoutant sur une banderole une phrase-slogan sur le v\u00e9lo, en lien avec la sant\u00e9 et le d\u00e9veloppement durable. Cet itin\u00e9raire est celui de la V\u00e9loroute\u00a081, qui longe le Gave de Pau puis l\u2019Adour dans une alternance de bandes cyclables et de voies partag\u00e9es. Cela met en valeur une r\u00e9alisation d\u00e9partementale tout en conf\u00e9rant davantage de visibilit\u00e9 au P\u2019tit Tour. Pour associer davantage d\u2019associations, nous avons aussi cr\u00e9\u00e9 4 circuits des \u00ab\u00a0affluents\u00a0\u00bb qui rejoignent la v\u00e9loroute. Du lundi 5 au vendredi 16 juin, nous devrions ainsi d\u00e9passer le millier d\u2019enfants et d\u2019attestations du Savoir Rouler \u00e0 V\u00e9lo remises \u00e0 cette occasion\u00a0: deux fois plus qu\u2019avant\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><em>(1) En 1988-1989-1990, les toutes premi\u00e8res classes cyclo \u00e9taient itin\u00e9rantes et parrain\u00e9es par Gilbert Duclos-Lassalle. Et les deux seuls \u00e0 se situer en-dessous \u00e9pousent la moyenne nationale de 32 % ! Est-ce l\u00e0 le fruit d\u2019une dynamique propre \u00e0 la Nouvelle-Aquitaine ?\u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0Au-del\u00e0 du partage d\u2019exp\u00e9riences en \u00e9quipe technique r\u00e9gionale, le Crusep a dot\u00e9 chaque comit\u00e9 en mat\u00e9riel p\u00e9dagogique, via la part f\u00e9d\u00e9rale de l\u2019Agence nationale du sport et sur le mode de l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9,<\/em> pr\u00e9cise Antoine Passeron, d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 des Deux-S\u00e8vres. <em>Ce mat\u00e9riel consiste en des kits de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de panneaux du code de la route, plus une b\u00e2che <\/em><em>\u00ab\u00a0<\/em><em>rond-point<\/em><em>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/em><em> Autour de celle-ci sont trac\u00e9s, dans une cour d\u2019\u00e9cole et sur un plateau sportif, les parcours d\u2019apprentissage des blocs 2 et 3 du Savoir Rouler \u00e0 V\u00e9lo. Cette b\u00e2che ronde pos\u00e9e au sol rappelle aussi les consignes aux enfants et constitue un outil de communication en affichant le logo de nos partenaires.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les comit\u00e9s de l\u2019acad\u00e9mie de Poitiers (Charente, Charente-Maritime, Deux-S\u00e8vres et Vienne) sont \u00e9galement concern\u00e9s par le Tour acad\u00e9mique du patrimoine \u00e0 v\u00e9lo impuls\u00e9 par la rectrice depuis 2021.
