Le VTT s\u2019est \u00e9galement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 depuis la pand\u00e9mie dans le cadre loisir et familial. En revanche, les routes dangereuses et l\u2019absence de pistes cyclables dissuadent souvent les parents de laisser leurs enfants prendre la route \u00e0 v\u00e9lo. Un argument suppl\u00e9mentaire pour d\u00e9ployer le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sports.gouv.fr\/savoir-rouler-velo-609\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Savoir Rouler \u00e0 V\u00e9lo<\/a>, en s\u2019appuyant sur un <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/index.php\/2018\/02\/05\/le-ptit-tour-usep-2018\/\">P\u2019tit Tour Usep<\/a> <em>\u00ab\u00a0organis\u00e9 depuis plus de vingt ans, avec 5 \u00e0 6 \u00e9tapes sur Basse-Terre et Grande-Terre mais aussi sur Marie-Galante, autre \u00eele de notre archipel, que nous rejoignons pour l\u2019occasion en bateau\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, pr\u00e9cise Didier Chalcou, pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Usep Guadeloupe.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-19446 alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/026-Guadeloupe-acces-route-300x220.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"220\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s des \u00e9ditions 2020 et 2021 annul\u00e9es en raison des restrictions sanitaires, le P\u2019tit Tour a red\u00e9marr\u00e9 l\u2019an pass\u00e9 avec 279 enfants. Cela explique la modestie du nombre d\u2019attestations d\u00e9livr\u00e9es \u00e0 ce jour. Mais l\u2019ambition est de retrouver d\u00e8s cette ann\u00e9e les 1\u00a0534 participants enfants de l\u2019\u00e9dition 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Le dispositif peut aussi s\u2019appuyer sur une synergie Usep-\u00c9ducation nationale qui s\u2019incarne dans la composition de l\u2019\u00e9quipe EPS<sup>1\u00a0<\/sup>: <em>\u00ab\u00a0Sur 17 membres, 11 sont licenci\u00e9s Usep. Et, \u00e0 l\u2019exception de 4 conseillers p\u00e9dagogiques de circonscription nouvellement nomm\u00e9s, nous sommes tous form\u00e9s au Savoir Rouler \u00e0 V\u00e9lo\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> insiste Christophe Chicot, conseiller p\u00e9dagogique d\u00e9partemental EPS et r\u00e9f\u00e9rent acad\u00e9mique du dispositif. Vice-pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Usep, il repr\u00e9sente aussi la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration au sein de son comit\u00e9 de pilotage d\u00e9partemental<sup>2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>On ne s\u2019\u00e9tonnera donc pas qu\u2019une formation SRAV de 6 heures figure en bonne place au plan acad\u00e9mique de formation. En parall\u00e8le, des formations sp\u00e9cifiquement destin\u00e9es aux animateurs et animatrices Usep forment aussi ceux-ci au Savoir Rouler \u00e0 V\u00e9lo, afin d\u2019animer les apprentissages jusqu\u2019\u00e0 d\u00e9livrer les attestations\u00a0: 18 d\u2019entre eux y sont d\u00e9sormais habilit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Le dispositif a \u00e9galement b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de subventions de la Direction r\u00e9gionale acad\u00e9mique \u00e0 la jeunesse, \u00e0 l\u2019engagement et au sport (Drajes), pour un montant cumul\u00e9 de 22\u00a0400\u00a0\u20ac sur trois ans. Elles ont permis l\u2019acquisition de v\u00e9los, de casques et de 4 kits de mat\u00e9riel avec panneaux routiers, plus une remorque pour le transport. Le comit\u00e9 Usep g\u00e8re le pr\u00eat de ce mat\u00e9riel qui, une fois achemin\u00e9 sur place, est laiss\u00e9 \u00e0 disposition des associations durant deux semaines.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-19453 alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/026-4-Guadeloupe-parcours-humide-300x226.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"226\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Enfin, un effort particulier porte sur les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.citeseducatives.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cit\u00e9s \u00e9ducatives<\/a>, au nombre de quatre depuis que celles de Sainte-Rose et du Moule se sont ajout\u00e9es l\u2019an pass\u00e9 \u00e0 celles des Abymes-Pointe-\u00e0-Pitre et de Baillif-Basse-Terre-Capesterre-Belle-Eau<sup>3<\/sup>. Elle r\u00e9unit des CM1-CM2\u00a0qui participeront \u00e0 deux \u00e9tapes du P\u2019tit Tour le samedi\u00a0: 14 \u00e9l\u00e8ves en tout, car par manque d\u2019accompagnateurs nous ne pouvons en accueillir davantage. Mais l\u2019\u00e9cole \u00e9tant d\u00e9sormais englob\u00e9e dans une Cit\u00e9 \u00e9ducative, nos 65 \u00e9l\u00e8ves de cycle\u00a03 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de l\u2019intervention de prestataires ext\u00e9rieurs pour le Savoir Rouler \u00e0 V\u00e9lo.
