Pr\u00e8s de 700 enfants et 250 adultes accompagnateurs \u00e9taient au d\u00e9part de l\u2019\u00c9toile Cyclo 2017. Soit 34 classes (dont quatre venues d\u2019Indre-et-Loire et deux d\u2019instituts m\u00e9dico-\u00e9ducatifs) ayant toutes un programme personnalis\u00e9.<\/p>\n

La f\u00eate \u00e0 Chambord<\/p>\n

Si le gros de la troupe s\u2019est \u00e9lanc\u00e9 le lundi, deux classes \u00e9taient ainsi en route depuis le dimanche, tandis que cinq autres ont pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 attendre le mardi. Mais toutes ont visit\u00e9 le ch\u00e2teau de Chambord, point d\u2019orgue de cette randonn\u00e9e avec une grande f\u00eate des enfants de l\u2019Usep et de l\u2019\u00e9cole publique, le mercredi : car-podium du conseil d\u00e9partemental, village sant\u00e9 (Mae, Pr\u00e9vention Ma\u00eff, etc.), ateliers v\u00e9lo (avec la FFCT, la FFC et l\u2019Ufolep), animations sportives (tennis, hand, athl\u00e9, foot) et fanfare ambulante\u2026
\nLa veille, les enfants s\u2019\u00e9taient tous retrouv\u00e9s \u00e0 Blois, avec le concours de la police et de la gendarmerie pour s\u00e9curiser les carrefours. Des forces de l\u2019ordre \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sentes le lendemain matin lorsque les enfants ont ralli\u00e9 le ch\u00e2teau de Fran\u00e7ois Ier<\/sup> en quatre pelotons, escort\u00e9s de surcro\u00eet par une association de motards. Un parcours prestigieux, \u00e9lev\u00e9 au rang d\u2019\u00e9tape r\u00e9gionale du P\u2019tit Tour Usep pour le Centre-Val-de-Loire.<\/p>\n

Petits groupes<\/p>\n

Sinon, le reste du temps, les classes \u00e9taient scind\u00e9es en petits groupes de 6 \u00e0 10 cyclistes, comme de simples usagers de la circulation. D\u2019o\u00f9 l\u2019importance de l\u2019\u00e9ducation \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re dispens\u00e9e au pr\u00e9alable en classe.
\nRappelons aussi qu\u2019une telle manifestation, lourde \u00e0 organiser sur le plan logistique et exigeante sur le plan de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, ne pourrait exister sans la participation de nombreux parents et b\u00e9n\u00e9voles, en particulier ceux de clubs cyclistes. L\u2019occasion d\u2019\u00e9changes interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnels o\u00f9 chacun trouve son compte, comme l\u2019illustre la savoureuse vid\u00e9o propos\u00e9e sur le site de La Nouvelle R\u00e9publique<\/em>.<\/p>\n
