L\u2019Usep met toutefois du mat\u00e9riel \u00e0 la disposition des associations souhaitant pr\u00e9parer le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sports.gouv.fr\/savoir-rouler-velo-609\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Savoir Rouler \u00e0 V\u00e9lo<\/a>\u00a0: une piste de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re balis\u00e9e, deux kits de maniabilit\u00e9 (plots, bascules, etc.), et bient\u00f4t des v\u00e9los. Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019an pass\u00e9, l\u2019apprenti BP Jeps<sup>1<\/sup> du comit\u00e9 (qui a quitt\u00e9 celui-ci en d\u00e9but d\u2019ann\u00e9e scolaire), intervenait dans les \u00e9coles pour les blocs 1 et 2, plus rarement le bloc 3.<\/p>\n<p>En lien avec les conseillers p\u00e9dagogiques, l\u2019Usep anime aussi 4 \u00e0 5 sessions d\u2019agr\u00e9ment pour adultes accompagnateurs, mais toujours dans des circonscriptions rurales. Cela a permis de relancer le <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/index.php\/2018\/02\/05\/le-ptit-tour-usep-2018\/\">P\u2019tit Tour<\/a>, m\u00eame si l\u2019an pass\u00e9 aucune \u00e9tape n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9clar\u00e9e. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Quelques classes effectuent cependant des sorties sur la route\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> pr\u00e9cise Bruno Wacquez.<\/p>\n<p>En l\u2019absence d\u2019une personne d\u00e9di\u00e9e au Savoir Rouler \u00e0 V\u00e9lo (le recrutement d\u2019un nouvel apprenti est pr\u00e9vu \u00e0 la rentr\u00e9e), le mat\u00e9riel tourne moins. Il faut en effet le r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer \u00e0 Villeneuve-d\u2019Ascq, ville de l\u2019agglom\u00e9ration lilloise o\u00f9 l\u2019Usep est bien implant\u00e9e. Celle-ci pourrait d\u2019ailleurs bient\u00f4t devenir une plaque tournante du Savoir Rouler \u00e0 V\u00e9lo. Beaucoup d\u2019\u00e9coles y pr\u00e9parent les deux premiers blocs avec l\u2019Association Droit Au V\u00e9lo (Adav), sur de grands plateaux tout \u00e0 fait adapt\u00e9s. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Mais nous cherchons toujours un circuit urbain adapt\u00e9 pour valider le bloc 3. Difficile d\u2019ins\u00e9rer des classes dans une circulation dense et anarchique o\u00f9 les comportements parfois peu respectueux du code de la route de certains cyclistes ou conducteurs de trottinette s\u2019ajoutent au trafic automobile. Il s\u2019agissait en l\u2019occurrence de classes de Givors, ville o\u00f9 le trafic est moins dense qu\u2019\u00e0 Lyon, o\u00f9 toutefois les choses sont en train de bouger.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019Usep y est aujourd\u2019hui engag\u00e9e dans deux exp\u00e9rimentations pour valider le bloc 3 du Savoir Rouler \u00e0 V\u00e9lo\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique le d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 d\u00e9partemental, Ervin Tursic. La premi\u00e8re, programm\u00e9e les 30 juin et 4 juillet avec l\u2019\u00c9ducation nationale et la Ville de Lyon, mettra les enfants de quatre classes ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 pass\u00e9 les deux premiers blocs en situation d\u2019autonomie sur un parcours urbain alternant pistes cyclables et croisements, passages pi\u00e9tons et ronds-points. Le souhait est qu\u2019elle d\u00e9bouche sur un apprentissage du v\u00e9lo aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un plus grand nombre de classes.<\/p>\n<p>La deuxi\u00e8me exp\u00e9rimentation est men\u00e9e hors temps scolaire, dans le cadre des activit\u00e9s Usep du mercredi \u00e0 Villeurbanne et D\u00e9cines. Apr\u00e8s 12 heures de pratique en petits groupes et une sortie sur route, 70 \u00e0 80 enfants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 en mesure de d\u00e9crocher eux aussi le Savoir Rouler \u00e0 V\u00e9lo. Ce projet sportif territorial (PST) a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d\u2019une subvention de l\u2019Agence nationale du sport pour l\u2019achat et l\u2019entretien de v\u00e9los, ainsi que le financement de la prestation d\u2019un animateur.
