Ainsi d\u00e8s 2006, l\u2019USEP a engag\u00e9 une r\u00e9flexion \u00e0 partir des activit\u00e9s physiques et sportives support d\u2019\u00e9ducation \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 et a construit le concept \u00ab\u00a0L\u2019Attitude sant\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb. Elle propose des ressources et outils destin\u00e9s aux \u00e9ducateurs et aux enseignants du primaire (du cycle 1 au cycle 3) ainsi que des outils directement utilisables par les enfants. Par exemple\u00a0: des pictogrammes de Pio et Pia, les trois r\u00e9glettes \u00a0– plaisir, effort, progr\u00e8s\u00a0 – dont l\u2019utilisation permet aux enfants de d\u00e9velopper le go\u00fbt de l\u2019activit\u00e9 sportive, promotrice de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n
