Les enfants n\u2019y sont pas de simples pratiquants. D\u00e8s la maternelle, ils investissent d\u2019autres r\u00f4les sociaux : arbitre, juge, \u00ab ma\u00eetre du temps \u00bb, responsable de la table de marque&#8230; Ils participent aussi \u00e0 l\u2019installation et au rangement du mat\u00e9riel, \u00e0 l\u2019encadrement des ateliers sportifs ou \u00e0 la distribution des go\u00fbters. Cette mise en responsabilit\u00e9 se fait sous l\u2019\u0153il bienveillant des adultes, enseignants ou parents d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ves, pr\u00eats \u00e0 seconder le jeune organisateur. En outre, des \u00ab grands \u00bb de cours moyen peuvent organiser avec leur enseignant une rencontre pour des \u00ab petits \u00bb de maternelle ou de CP.<\/p>\n<p>Au lendemain de la <a href=\"https:\/\/informations.handicap.fr\/decret-loi-fevrier-2005.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">loi de f\u00e9vrier 2005 \u00ab\u00a0pour l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances, la participation et la citoyennet\u00e9 des personnes handicap\u00e9es\u00a0\u00bb<\/a>, l\u2019Usep s\u2019est \u00e9galement donn\u00e9 pour objectif d\u2019adapter ses rencontres \u00e0 chaque enfant, quelles que soient ses aptitudes. Ceci afin d\u2019\u00eatre en accord avec le principe de scolarisation \u00ab\u00a0en milieu ordinaire\u00a0\u00bb figurant dans la loi. Finalis\u00e9s en 2009 et r\u00e9actualis\u00e9s depuis, les outils de la mallette p\u00e9dagogique <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/index.php\/2017\/09\/06\/sport-scolaire-et-handicap\/\">\u00ab\u00a0sport scolaire et handicap\u00a0\u00bb<\/a> ont permis de traduire ce principe d\u2019inclusion dans l\u2019organisation des rencontres. D\u00e9sormais, ce principe est indissociable de la rencontre sportive-associative de l\u2019Usep.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00e9finition<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0<\/em>La rencontre sportive-associative est un projet con\u00e7u par l\u2019enfant et pour l\u2019enfant, au sein de l\u2019association Usep d\u2019\u00e9cole, pour au moins deux classes, autour d\u2019une pratique sportive compl\u00e9mentaire de l\u2019EPS, avec des adultes qui auront cr\u00e9\u00e9 les conditions pour que l\u2019enfant aie toute sa place et pour qu\u2019au moins un parcours de l\u2019enfant soit servi\u00a0: parcours citoyen, parcours d\u2019\u00e9ducation artistique et culturelle, parcours \u00e9ducatif de sant\u00e9. La rencontre sportive-associative comporte obligatoirement trois temps\u00a0: <em>avant, pendant, apr\u00e8s<\/em>. Elle est <em>inclusive<\/em>, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire accessible \u00e0 tous, en s\u2019adaptant aux singularit\u00e9s de chacun. Elle est <em>conviviale<\/em>\u00a0: elle comporte un accueil et une fin formalis\u00e9e. Elle g\u00e9n\u00e8re de l\u2019<em>expression<\/em> et de l\u2019<em>\u00e9change<\/em>.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Vous pourrez acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des documents p\u00e9dagogiques, vid\u00e9os, photos, explicitant de mani\u00e8re concr\u00e8te cette d\u00e9finition en <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/RSA.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cliquant ici<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00e9bat associatif et assembl\u00e9e d\u2019enfants<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Usep con\u00e7oit \u00e9galement la rencontre sportive comme un support de d\u00e9bat\u00a0et de r\u00e9flexion\u00a0: sur la mixit\u00e9 filles-gar\u00e7ons, le handicap, la nutrition et la sant\u00e9, les valeurs du sport et de l\u2019olympisme, etc. Ceci \u00e0 partir de questions qui font sens pour les enfants\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Y a-t-il de la triche dans le sport\u00a0?\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0; \u00ab\u00a0L\u2019arbitre peut-il se tromper\u00a0?\u00a0\u00bb, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Propos\u00e9 dans le cadre d\u2019un atelier int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 la rencontre, ce d\u00e9bat peut \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9 ou prolong\u00e9 en classe, notamment avec notre fiche pratique sur le <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/index.php\/2017\/09\/06\/debatasso\/\">d\u00e9bat associatif<\/a> et l\u2019outil p\u00e9dagogique <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/index.php\/2017\/09\/06\/remue-meninges\/\">Remue-m\u00e9ninges<\/a>, sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7us \u00e0 l\u2019intention des enseignants.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Usep d\u00e9veloppe enfin le concept d<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/index.php\/2016\/09\/08\/assembleesenfants\/\">\u2019assembl\u00e9e d\u2019enfants<\/a>.
