En effet, si \u00e0 l\u2019origine le sport scolaire Usep \u00e9tait essentiellement tourn\u00e9 vers les enfants d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9mentaire (et principalement ceux de cours moyen), il s\u2019est progressivement \u00e9largi aux plus jeunes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text disabled=\u00a0\u00bboff\u00a0\u00bb background_position=\u00a0\u00bbtop_left\u00a0\u00bb background_repeat=\u00a0\u00bbrepeat\u00a0\u00bb background_size=\u00a0\u00bbinitial\u00a0\u00bb _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb3.9&Prime; module_alignment=\u00a0\u00bbleft\u00a0\u00bb custom_padding=\u00a0\u00bb50px|50px|50px|50px\u00a0\u00bb custom_margin=\u00a0\u00bb0px|0px|0px|0px\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<div id=\"TheTexte\" class=\"Texte\" lang=\"zxx\">\n<p>C\u2019est au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 2000 que, parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 un travail p\u00e9dagogique d\u2019adaptation des pratiques aux plus jeunes, l\u2019Usep a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 son offre en maternelle. Elle l\u2019a fait en partenariat avec l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ageem.fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ageem<\/a>, l\u2019Association g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des enseignants des \u00e9coles et classes maternelles publiques. Cela lui permet de proposer aujourd\u2019hui un continuum d\u2019activit\u00e9s faisant \u00e9cho aux cycles d\u2019enseignement de l\u2019\u00c9ducation nationale et aux objectifs p\u00e9dagogiques du socle commun de connaissances, de comp\u00e9tences et de culture de l\u2019\u00c9ducation nationale.<\/p>\n<p>Celui-ci retient cinq comp\u00e9tences \u00e0 travailler en EPS durant les diff\u00e9rents cycles\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>d\u00e9velopper sa motricit\u00e9 et apprendre \u00e0 s\u2019exprimer en utilisant son corps,<\/li>\n<li>s\u2019approprier par la pratique physique et sportive des m\u00e9thodes et des outils,<\/li>\n<li>partager des r\u00e8gles assumer des r\u00f4les et des responsabilit\u00e9s,<\/li>\n<li>apprendre \u00e0 entretenir sa sant\u00e9 par une activit\u00e9 physique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re,<\/li>\n<li>s\u2019approprier une culture physique et artistique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cycle 1 (petite, moyenne et grande section de maternelle)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les rencontres sportives en maternelle visent d\u2019abord \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper les aptitudes motrices des jeunes enfants et \u00e0 leur permettre de \u00ab\u00a0faire ensemble\u00a0\u00bb. Elles s\u2019appuient sur des <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/index.php\/2018\/03\/30\/maternelle-sopposer-a-lautre-et-apprendre-sur-soi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">jeux d\u2019opposition<\/a>, individuels ou collectifs, aux noms ludiques\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0la tortue et le jardinier\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0le h\u00e9risson et le chasseur\u00a0\u00bb&#8230; S\u2019y ajoutent des jeux d\u2019orientation, des jeux athl\u00e9tiques, des jeux de coop\u00e9ration, des rencontres de gymnastique et des rencontres \u00ab\u00a0roule et glisse\u00a0\u00bb utilisant du mat\u00e9riel adapt\u00e9 (tricycles, patinettes\u2026).<\/p>\n<p>Pas de comp\u00e9tition\u00a0ni de classement. Tout juste l\u2019enfant fait-il gagner des points \u00e0 son \u00e9quipe. En revanche, il peut d\u00e9j\u00e0 tenir des r\u00f4les sociaux\u00a0: compter les points avec des bouchons ou g\u00e9rer le dur\u00e9e d\u2019un jeu avec un sablier.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Usep a \u00e9galement mis au point \u00e0 l\u2019intention des plus jeunes des <a href=\"http:\/\/www.usep-sport-sante.org\/OUTILS-AS\/AS3\/CD\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">r\u00e9glettes du plaisir et de l\u2019effort<\/a>. Via ces outils p\u00e9dagogiques, parfois reproduits \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle d\u2019un panneau, ils expriment leurs ressentis en cochant une case ou en y collant des gommettes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cycle 2 (CP, CE1, CE2)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les rencontres en \u00e9l\u00e9mentaire reposent sur large \u00e9ventail d\u2019activit\u00e9s et de jeux pr\u00e9-sportifs, avec une progression vers les disciplines codifi\u00e9es qui se poursuivra au cycle 3. C\u2019est \u00e0 partir des cours pr\u00e9paratoire et \u00e9l\u00e9mentaires que d\u00e9bute l\u2019apprentissage des jeux de raquette (tennis, badminton) ou la pratique de la course en dur\u00e9e, avec la 1<span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><sup>\u00e8re<\/sup><\/span> participation \u00e0 un cross. Et, concernant les sports d\u2019\u00e9quipe, fini les \u00ab\u00a0jeux de balles\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0: \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, on s\u2019initie au football, au hand ou au rugby\u00a0! Cette d\u00e9couverte est favoris\u00e9e par la participation \u00e0 des op\u00e9rations nationales, construites en partenariat avec les f\u00e9d\u00e9rations sportives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cycle 3 (CM1-CM2-6<span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><sup>e<\/sup><\/span>)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La progression vers les disciplines codifi\u00e9es se poursuit en cycle 3, lequel englobe d\u00e9sormais la 1<span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><sup>\u00e8re<\/sup><\/span> ann\u00e9e de coll\u00e8ge. Lors du P\u2019tit Tour \u00e0 v\u00e9lo, c\u2019est aussi \u00e0 partir du cours moyen que les enfants sont autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 circuler avec leurs accompagnateurs sur la voie publique, et non plus seulement dans des espaces ferm\u00e9s. Les enfants sont \u00e9galement investis de davantage de responsabilit\u00e9s dans la vie de l\u2019association et l\u2019organisation des rencontres.
