C\u2019est pourquoi son directeur, Christophe Bouchard, a sign\u00e9 le 17 mai 2018 avec la pr\u00e9sidente de l\u2019Usep, V\u00e9ronique Moreira, un protocole qui permet d\u2019affilier des associations \u00e0 l\u2019Usep. Le pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent accord pr\u00e9voyait principalement la mise \u00e0 disposition de documents p\u00e9dagogiques et une aide \u00e0 la formation (1).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un comit\u00e9 territorial AEFE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ce protocole pr\u00e9cise que <em>\u00ab\u00a0l\u2019Usep affilie les associations et instances relevant des \u00e9coles du r\u00e9seau AEFE et d\u00e9livre des licences aux enfants et adultes volontaires\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>. Ces associations peuvent organiser des <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/index.php\/2017\/11\/16\/rencontres-sportives-associatives\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rencontres sportives associatives<\/a>, participer aux op\u00e9rations nationales et, avec l\u2019accord du comit\u00e9 organisateur, \u00e0 des rencontres organis\u00e9es sur le territoire national.<\/p>\n<p>Pour regrouper ces associations, l\u2019Usep et l\u2019AEFE ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de cr\u00e9er un comit\u00e9 territorial AEFE de l\u2019Usep. Celui-ci dispose d\u2019un nombre de voix \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 son nombre de licenci\u00e9s lors de l\u2019assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale nationale de l\u2019Usep \u2013 soit la m\u00eame repr\u00e9sentativit\u00e9 qu\u2019un comit\u00e9 d\u00e9partemental. En revanche, ce comit\u00e9 territorial n\u2019est pas \u00e9ligible aux diff\u00e9rents dispositifs de contributions financi\u00e8res nationales.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vie associative<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019AEFE souhaite faire de l\u2019EPS et du sport scolaire un point fort de l\u2019offre p\u00e9dagogique de ses \u00e9tablissements, tant sur le plan des enseignements que de la vie associative, rejoignant l\u00e0 les conceptions de l\u2019Usep. La perspective des Jeux olympiques de Paris 2024 a encore renforc\u00e9 cette dynamique.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e8s de 180\u00a0000 \u00e9l\u00e8ves sont scolaris\u00e9s dans des \u00e9coles AEFE, sur un total de 350\u00a0000 en incluant les coll\u00e8ges et lyc\u00e9es. L\u2019AEFE a \u00e9galement sign\u00e9 un protocole avec l\u2019UNSS (Union nationale du sport scolaire) pour l\u2019enseignement du second degr\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><em>(1) Ponctuellement, des classes AEFE ont pu \u00e9galement participer \u00e0 des rencontres Usep.
