S\u00e9bastien Meynard, comment votre association a-t-elle d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un tel savoir-faire en mati\u00e8re de communication\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n

En arrivant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole Charles-Matin, j\u2019ai pris conscience qu\u2019en d\u00e9pit du dynamisme de l\u2019association Usep (1), personne \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur ne la connaissait.\u00a0Un enseignant consid\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement qu\u2019il n\u2019est pas l\u00e0 pour se faire \u00ab\u00a0mousser\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0: ce qui compte, c\u2019est ce qui est fait avec et pour les enfants. Certes, mais il est aussi important de valoriser nos actions, et de montrer ce que l\u2019on fait aux familles.<\/p>\n

Nous avons commenc\u00e9 par distribuer des DVD avec des diaporamas et des scans d\u2019articles parus dans la presse locale. Puis, en 2007, nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 un blog<\/a>\u00a0: infos pratiques, ressources et outils p\u00e9dagogiques en lien avec l\u2019Usep, s\u00e9lections de photos et de vid\u00e9os, film\u00e9es avec une cam\u00e9ra Go Pro et mont\u00e9es sur mon Mac puis par celui achet\u00e9 par l’association. C\u2019est devenu plus abouti \u00e0 partir de 2013, avec l\u2019appui d\u2019un volontaire en service civique.<\/p>\n

Vous diffusez tr\u00e8s largement vos vid\u00e9os\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nous les envoyons \u00e0 l\u2019Usep Gironde<\/a>, \u00e0 l\u2019Usep nationale et \u00e0 nos partenaires\u00a0: inspecteur de l\u2019\u00c9ducation nationale et conseillers p\u00e9dagogiques, mairie de Bordeaux, conseil d\u00e9partemental, direction d\u00e9partementale de la Coh\u00e9sion sociale (Politique de la ville), etc. Et \u00e0 toutes les \u00e9coles de Bordeaux lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019une rencontre en temps scolaire. Nous y ajoutons la trentaine d\u2019affiches cr\u00e9\u00e9es dans l\u2019ann\u00e9e pour nos rencontres et nos \u00e9v\u00e9nements. L\u2019affichage de nos rendez-vous \u2013 \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e de l\u2019\u00e9cole et dans chaque classe\u00a0\u2013 fait partie de notre communication.<\/p>\n

Vous avez aussi votre page Facebook<\/a> depuis 2017\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

Elle permet plus de r\u00e9activit\u00e9. Sur le plan \u00e9thique, nous nous sommes pos\u00e9 la question. Mais il n\u2019existe aucun autre r\u00e9seau social aussi partag\u00e9, notamment aupr\u00e8s des parents. Nous essayons de proposer plusieurs actualit\u00e9s chaque semaine, avec 3 ou 4 photos. Facebook est aussi un moyen de mieux nous conna\u00eetre, entre nous, \u00e0 l\u2019Usep. J\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert des actions et des projets d\u2019autres associations, partout en France, dont je n\u2019aurais pas eu connaissance autrement.<\/p>\n

Du coup, votre blog est moins visit\u00e9\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le nombre de visiteurs uniques est en repli\u00a0: de 537 en juin 2016, nous sommes tomb\u00e9s \u00e0 235 l\u2019ann\u00e9e suivante, et 150 en juin dernier. Mais le blog reste une vitrine.<\/p>\n

Quelle est la participation des enfants\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Les plus impliqu\u00e9s sont les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s de l\u2019association : 2 par classe (fille et gar\u00e7on) en CE2, CM1 et CM2, plus leurs suppl\u00e9ants. Ils participent \u00e0 un petit journal t\u00e9l\u00e9vis\u00e9 o\u00f9 ils font le point sur les activit\u00e9s de l\u2019association.<\/p>\n

Le num\u00e9rique a-t-il r\u00e9volutionn\u00e9 votre communication\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sans doute, mais la d\u00e9marche compte plus que l\u2019outil. Nous avons par exemple achet\u00e9 un t\u00e9l\u00e9phone portable d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019Usep\u00a0: cela permet d\u2019identifier l\u2019association en tant que telle, de la diff\u00e9rencier de l\u2019\u00e9cole. Nous nous en servons pour envoyer des SMS group\u00e9s aux parents. Et nous utilisons aussi un bon vieux syst\u00e8me de coupons papier, distribu\u00e9s aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves pour la participation aux \u00e9v\u00e9nements pr\u00e9vus sur l\u2019ann\u00e9e\u00a0!<\/p>\n

(1) Les 275 \u00e9l\u00e8ves sont tous licenci\u00e9s, de la maternelle au CM2. S\u2019y ajoutent des activit\u00e9s hors temps scolaire le mercredi (avec une cotisation suppl\u00e9mentaire), pour les maternelles et les \u00e9l\u00e9mentaire.
