Une aventure vivifiante pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves, et une approche concr\u00e8te de la g\u00e9ographie ou des sciences, expliquent les enseignantes de l\u2019\u00e9cole de Gorre (Haute-Vienne).<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb4.27.4&Prime; background_size=\u00a0\u00bbinitial\u00a0\u00bb background_position=\u00a0\u00bbtop_left\u00a0\u00bb background_repeat=\u00a0\u00bbrepeat\u00a0\u00bb module_alignment=\u00a0\u00bbleft\u00a0\u00bb custom_margin=\u00a0\u00bb0px|0px|0px|0px\u00a0\u00bb custom_padding=\u00a0\u00bb50px|50px|30px|50px\u00a0\u00bb hover_enabled=\u00a0\u00bb0&Prime; global_colors_info=\u00a0\u00bb{}\u00a0\u00bb sticky_enabled=\u00a0\u00bb0&Prime;]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nad\u00e8ge Criton et Sophie Michel, qu\u2019est-ce qui vous a motiv\u00e9es pour faire embarquer vos classes de CE2-CM1 et CM1-CM2\u00a0sur un bateau virtuel ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans notre petite \u00e9cole en RPI (regroupement p\u00e9dagogique intercommunal), nous fonctionnons en bin\u00f4me, et nous avions d\u00e9j\u00e0 particip\u00e9 en 2016 avec l\u2019Usep \u00e0 la course virtuelle du Vend\u00e9e Globe. \u00c7\u2019avait \u00e9t\u00e9 une r\u00e9ussite et nous voulions renouveler l\u2019exp\u00e9rience avec un autre groupe d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ves.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u2019est-ce qui vous avait tant plu dans cette premi\u00e8re exp\u00e9rience\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La course virtuelle permet de raccrocher plusieurs domaines d\u2019enseignement \u00e0 un \u00e9v\u00e9nement sportif qui fait l\u2019actualit\u00e9. Cette course dont les enfants entendent parler dans les m\u00e9dias devient alors un support du travail en g\u00e9ographie, en sciences ou en histoire.<\/p>\n<p>En g\u00e9ographie par exemple, avant d\u2019aller sur <a href=\"http:\/\/www.virtualregatta.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Virtual Regatta<\/a>, nous apprenons aux enfants \u00e0 se rep\u00e9rer sur le globe.\u00a0Latitude, longitude&#8230; L\u2019utilisation de Virtual Regatta est la retranscription concr\u00e8te des coordonn\u00e9es GPS.<\/p>\n<p>En sciences, on s\u2019int\u00e9resse \u00e0 la d\u00e9salinisation de l\u2019eau de mer, au vent comme source d\u2019\u00e9nergie, \u00e0 la faune marine ou aux courants oc\u00e9aniques, tel le Gulf Stream. Et, des sciences, on passe \u00e0 l\u2019enseignement moral et civique en abordant le d\u00e9veloppement durable \u00e0 travers les mar\u00e9es noires ou la pollution plastique, avec ce monstrueux \u00ab\u00a07<sup>e<\/sup> continent\u00a0\u00bb apparu dans l\u2019oc\u00e9an Pacifique.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, en histoire, on s\u2019int\u00e9resse \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution des instruments de navigation et aux grands navigateurs. Il y a deux ans, Magellan et Vasco de Gama \u00e9taient \u00e0 l\u2019honneur. Cette fois ce sera Christophe Colomb, d\u00e9couvreur de l\u2019Am\u00e9rique \u2013 plus exactement des Cara\u00efbes \u2013 en 1492, il y a un peu plus de 600 ans&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Que pensent les parents\u00a0de ce projet ? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ils le vivent avec leurs enfants\u00a0! 10 \u00e0 15 % des familles engagent m\u00eame leur propre bateau. Arriver \u00e0 raccrocher la cellule familiale \u00e0 un projet scolaire, lui donner un \u00e9cho \u00e0 la maison, c\u2019est le r\u00eave de tout enseignant\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comment vivrez-vous la course avec la classe\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Chaque matin, les enfants rel\u00e8veront les coordonn\u00e9es de notre \u00ab\u00a087-CECM-Gorre\u00a0\u00bb. Nous programmerons le cap pour la journ\u00e9e, et ferons de nouveau le point le soir. Les enfants rep\u00e9reront aussi la position du bateau de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.yoannrichomme.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Yoann Richomme<\/a>, l\u2019un des navigateurs engag\u00e9s dans la course. Si les conditions de course le permettent, nous essaierons de faire des \u00ab\u00a0live\u00a0\u00bb avec lui. Sinon, nous nous enverrons des vid\u00e9os par e-mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Des \u00ab\u00a0live\u00a0\u00bb avec un concurrent\u00a0? Pour une \u00e9cole rurale, vous avez des relations\u00a0!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yoann Richomme habite en Bretagne, mais il a des cousins dans la r\u00e9gion. Par leur interm\u00e9diaire, nous l\u2019avons contact\u00e9, et il est venu dans l\u2019\u00e9cole en juin 2017. La course au large, racont\u00e9e par un navigateur en chair et en os, vainqueur de la Solitaire du Figaro, c\u2019est quelque chose\u00a0! Lui-m\u00eame a trouv\u00e9 formidable qu\u2019une \u00e9cole du Limousin se passionne pour la course au large, et nous a propos\u00e9 de le suivre sur la transat Jacques-Vabre l\u2019automne dernier. C\u2019est ainsi que nous avons dialogu\u00e9 avec lui quand il \u00e9tait encalmin\u00e9 dans le pot-au-noir. Nous avons voulu prolonger l\u2019aventure, avec des \u00e9l\u00e8ves qui le connaissent d\u00e9j\u00e0 et d\u2019autres pas. Nous esp\u00e9rons poursuivre ce projet voile jusqu\u2019en 2020, puisque Yoann Richomme souhaite participer au prochain Vend\u00e9e Globe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Et \u00e7a ne donne pas envie de naviguer avec sa classe pour de vrai\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si. En 2016-2017, nous avions prolong\u00e9 le Vend\u00e9e Globe par trois jours de d\u00e9couverte de la voile au lac de Saint-Pardoux, au nord de la Haute-Vienne, puis une semaine sur l\u2019\u00eele de Noirmoutier. Cette ann\u00e9e, un autre projet nous occupe.
