On peut d\u2019ailleurs fournir aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves des indicateurs permettant de questionner cette \u00e9galit\u00e9. \u00c9gal acc\u00e8s en termes d\u2019espace\u00a0: qui l\u2019occupe\u00a0? \u00c9gal acc\u00e8s en termes de temps\u00a0: la dur\u00e9e de pratique des filles et des gar\u00e7ons\u00a0est-elle la m\u00eame\u00a0? Mais aussi\u00a0: le retour des enseignant.es sur leurs prestations est-il d\u2019\u00e9gale qualit\u00e9\u00a0? Filles et gar\u00e7ons occupent-ils tous les r\u00f4les \u00e0 \u00e9galit\u00e9 et avec une \u00e9gale dignit\u00e9\u00a0? Je pense plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment au r\u00f4le de l\u2019arbitrage\u00a0: on dit les filles ne veulent jamais arbitrer. Mais si quand l\u2019une d\u2019elle s\u2019essaie \u00e0 ce r\u00f4le elle se fait disputer par tous les gar\u00e7ons, \u00e7a ne l\u2019encourage pas \u00e0 poursuivre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le d\u00e9bat associatif formalis\u00e9 sur le th\u00e8me de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 filles-gar\u00e7ons propose d\u2019interroger les enfants sur les activit\u00e9s sportives qu\u2019ils aiment ou pas et sur la distinction entre sports de gar\u00e7ons et sports de filles, avant de poser la question de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 filles-gar\u00e7ons\u00a0:\u00a0dans le cadre de la classe, de la cour de r\u00e9cr\u00e9ation ou de la rencontre sportive associative Usep. Qu\u2019en pensez-vous\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>J\u2019encourage cette d\u00e9marche. Concernant votre livret, certaines formulations faisant r\u00e9f\u00e9rence aux instruction officielles m\u00e9riteraient d\u2019\u00eatre explicit\u00e9es\u00a0: que met-on par exemple derri\u00e8re le mot \u00ab\u00a0sexisme\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0? Mais j\u2019adh\u00e8re ans pleinement \u00e0 votre proposition d\u2019une \u00ab\u00a0discussion \u00e0 vis\u00e9e philosophique sur le th\u00e8me de la tol\u00e9rance ou de la moquerie\u00a0\u00bb. Sous couvert d\u2019humour, les moqueries sont la premi\u00e8re forme du sexisme ordinaire. Et donner des exemples, c\u2019est bien, car nos \u00e9l\u00e8ves ne savent pas comment rep\u00e9rer ces marques de sexisme.<\/p>\n<p>Je trouve \u00e9galement judicieux de partir d\u2019activit\u00e9s sportives \u2013 ski, rugby, handball, football, natation, tennis, danse, v\u00e9lo \u2013 identifi\u00e9es \u00e0 travers les d\u00e9clinaisons de votre logo au bonhomme-crayon. Le fait qu\u2019il soit asexu\u00e9 permet d\u2019\u00e9vacuer toute image mentale de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, concernant les d\u00e9bats en petits groupes, je proposerai d\u2019alterner mixit\u00e9 et non mixit\u00e9. D\u2019un groupe non mixte sortent aussi des choses tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressantes. Ensuite, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves peuvent rapporter la parole du groupe \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble de la classe pour un \u00e9change, une confrontation des points de vue. Cela favorise l\u2019expression et le brassage d\u2019id\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour finir, les enseignants peuvent demander aux enfants\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0comment faire pour que cette \u00e9galit\u00e9 soit visible pendant une\u00a0rencontre sportive\u00a0\u00bb, en proposant des actions concr\u00e8tes\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u00e0 aussi, c\u2019est pertinent. La difficult\u00e9 de transformer les pratiques vient principalement du fait que les comportements et les r\u00e9f\u00e9rences culturelles sont int\u00e9rioris\u00e9s\u00a0: il est difficile d\u2019en prendre conscience, et tout ce qui rend visible et explicite va y aider. J\u2019invite \u00e9galement les enseignant.es \u00e0 s\u2019adresser \u00ab\u00a0\u00e0 toutes et \u00e0 tous\u00a0\u00bb et \u00e0 bien parler de \u00ab\u00a0joueuses et joueurs\u00a0\u00bb. \u00ab\u00a0Arbitre\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0secr\u00e9taire\u00a0\u00bb, pas de probl\u00e8me, mais attention \u00e0 ne pas d\u00e9cliner les fonctions uniquement au masculin\u00a0: le langage c\u2019est important, c\u2019est le pendant oral de l\u2019\u00e9criture \u00e9pic\u00e8ne. L\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 filles-gar\u00e7ons passe aussi par l\u2019image\u00a0: il faut aussi donner des mod\u00e8les f\u00e9minins\u00a0: nommer des handballeuses, des footballeuses, des championnes et pas seulement des champions.
