Au d\u00e9but, j\u2019ai pens\u00e9\u00a0: je vais tenter l\u2019aventure un an, et on verra. C\u2019\u00e9tait en 2002, et aujourd\u2019hui je pr\u00e9side l\u2019association.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le sport scolaire, \u00e7a vous parlait\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>J\u2019adh\u00e9rais au concept\u00a0: faire du sport sans pression, sans comp\u00e9tition, en d\u00e9couvrant de nouvelles activit\u00e9s. Moi-m\u00eame, je ne suis pas une tr\u00e8s grande sportive. M\u00eame si, enfant, \u00e0 chacun de nos nombreux d\u00e9m\u00e9nagements, mon p\u00e8re, gymnaste de niveau national, m\u2019inscrivait en club avant m\u00eame de m\u2019inscrire \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole\u00a0! Ce qui a favoris\u00e9 mon investissement \u00e0 l\u2019Usep, et celui de mes jeunes coll\u00e8gues, c\u2019est aussi que nos propres enfants \u00e9taient scolaris\u00e9s dans l\u2019\u00e9tablissement. Mon fils et ma fille ont d\u00e9but\u00e9 l\u2019Usep en CP et, durant toutes ces ann\u00e9es, les rencontres du mercredi ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pour moi des moments privil\u00e9gi\u00e9s. De leur c\u00f4t\u00e9, mes enfants \u00e9taient ravis de pratiquer avec leurs copains et copines, et ont conserv\u00e9 une activit\u00e9 sportive r\u00e9guli\u00e8re. Arno, 20 ans, est ma\u00eetre-nageur sauveteur l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 et Claire, 18 ans, continue la danse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tous les enfants de l\u2019\u00e9cole sont-ils licenci\u00e9s\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Non, car notre activit\u00e9 se d\u00e9ploie hors temps scolaire\u00a0: cette ann\u00e9e, les CP-CE1 participeront \u00e0 5 rencontres, et les CE2-CM2 \u00e0 7. Sur 375 \u00e9l\u00e8ves, 110 sont adh\u00e9rents, plus 30 adultes, <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/index.php\/2017\/11\/10\/devenir-benevole\/\">parents et enseignants<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Et, hors du calendrier d\u00e9partemental, comment vit l\u2019association\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nous organisons au sein de l\u2019\u00e9cole une grande rencontre et un cross, plus une sortie annuelle, sur proposition des enfants, qui participent \u00e0 nos comit\u00e9s directeurs par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire des d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s Usep \u00e9lus dans chaque classe. C\u2019est une journ\u00e9e \u00e0 la mer, au ski, \u00e0 la patinoire, ou cette ann\u00e9e dans un parc aventure. La journ\u00e9e est organis\u00e9e et encadr\u00e9e par les enseignants et les parents. Les enfants, eux, trouvent le financement, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une tombola. En janvier, nous tirons aussi les rois avec toute l&rsquo;\u00e9cole et, en fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e, nous organisons un repas, avec des jeux anim\u00e9s par les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s enfants. C\u2019est convivial et \u00e7a permet aux parents de se conna\u00eetre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019Usep participe au projet d\u2019\u00e9cole\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Elle y figure bien \u00e9videmment, notamment \u00e0 travers deux grands axes\u00a0: la prise d\u2019initiative des enfants et le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019une pratique sportive cultivant les notions de fair-play et de respect des r\u00e8gles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019association a-t-elle chang\u00e9 en 20 ans\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Elle a subi l\u2019\u00e9volution de son environnement. \u00c0 l\u2019image de toute l\u2019agglom\u00e9ration toulousaine, la commune de <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Brugui%C3%A8res\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Brugui\u00e8res<\/a> a vu croitre son nombre d\u2019habitants de 3 500 \u00e0 plus de 5 500. Parall\u00e8lement, l\u2019\u00e9cole est pass\u00e9e de 11 \u00e0 15 classes \u2013 on pr\u00e9voit un deuxi\u00e8me groupe scolaire \u2013 et localement l\u2019offre associative s\u2019est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e : d\u00e9sormais, les enfants ont le choix entre le foot, la musique, la danse\u2026 Nous nous retrouvons malgr\u00e9 nous en concurrence avec les clubs locaux, avec une perte de licenci\u00e9s sensible en cycle 3.<\/p>\n<p><strong>J\u2019imagine que votre cas n\u2019est pas unique\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Non, et malheureusement plusieurs associations Usep autour de nous ont cess\u00e9 leur activit\u00e9. Parfois, tout reposait sur une seule personne, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 mut\u00e9e ou est partie en retraite. Le retour \u00e0 la semaine de 4 jours de certaines \u00e9coles a \u00e9galement dissuad\u00e9 certains enseignants de participer aux rencontres du mercredi apr\u00e8s-midi. Et encore, en Haute-Garonne, \u00e0 la diff\u00e9rence d\u2019autres d\u00e9partements, les professeurs des \u00e9coles re\u00e7oivent des indemnit\u00e9s p\u00e9ri-\u00e9ducatives de l\u2019\u00c9ducation nationale pour encadrer les mercredis apr\u00e8s-midi. M\u00eame si elles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9duites de moiti\u00e9, c\u2019est \u00e0 la fois une reconnaissance et un appoint financier.
