Apporter du contenu ne suffit pas, il est plus essentiel encore de savoir ce que l\u2019on peut faire de celui-ci. Sinon, dans la forme, il s\u2019agit d\u2019un stage en immersion de 40 heures, sur 5 jours, avec des moments de pratique sportive et des temps informels o\u00f9 les stagiaires continuent d\u2019\u00e9changer entre eux.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le stage est construit autour de 4 \u00ab\u00a0unit\u00e9s de formation\u00a0\u00bb. La premi\u00e8re, c\u2019est \u00ab\u00a0Communiquer autour de l\u2019identit\u00e9 de l\u2019Usep\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0: n\u2019est-ce pas d\u00e9j\u00e0 naturel pour des stagiaires qui sont souvent des militants\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pas pour tous. Et puis, un animateur local conna\u00eet \u00ab\u00a0son\u00a0\u00bb Usep, celle qu\u2019il vit dans son association ou son secteur. Mais, dans ce stage national, il d\u00e9couvre d\u2019autres fa\u00e7ons d\u2019incarner le projet qui nous rassemble\u00a0: cette vue d\u2019ensemble l\u2019aide \u00e0 mieux appr\u00e9hender et exprimer l\u2019identit\u00e9 de l\u2019Usep.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le deuxi\u00e8me point, c\u2019est \u00ab\u00a0G\u00e9rer un groupe d\u2019adultes en formation\u00a0\u00bb\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Former des adultes, \u00e7a s\u2019apprend. Au-del\u00e0 de s\u2019enrichir en techniques et outils d\u2019animation et d\u2019\u00e9valuation, il s\u2019agit d\u2019installer le formateur dans une posture \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9flexive\u00a0\u00bb. C\u2019est aussi une fa\u00e7on d\u2019exp\u00e9rimenter le travail d\u2019\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La quatri\u00e8me unit\u00e9 de formation\u00a0s\u2019intitule \u00ab\u00a0Former par et pour la rencontre sportive associative Usep\u00a0\u00bb. Ce qui signifie\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cela signifie que c\u2019est \u00e0 travers la rencontre sportive associative que l\u2019Usep transmet des valeurs (esprit sportif, solidarit\u00e9, responsabilisation\u2026) aux enfants. Ensuite, il occupe une place centrale dans le <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/index.php\/2017\/11\/16\/le-dispositif-federal-de-formation\/\">dispositif f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de formation (DFF)<\/a>\u00a0: toutes les autres actions de formation en d\u00e9coulent, ce\u00a0qui lui conf\u00e8re une dimension \u00ab\u00a0politique\u00a0\u00bb d\u2019affirmation de l\u2019identit\u00e9 de l\u2019Usep. Enfin, je le r\u00e9p\u00e8te, c\u2019est un stage en immersion o\u00f9 l\u2019investissement des stagiaires se poursuit jusque tard le soir, afin de construire les actions de formation \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter le lendemain.
