Puis, en 2<sup>e<\/sup> ann\u00e9e de licence Staps, j\u2019ai particip\u00e9 \u00e0 des rencontres du mercredi matin, avant de retrouver l\u2019Usep quand j\u2019ai bifurqu\u00e9 vers l\u2019IUFM, aujourd\u2019hui l\u2019\u00c9sp\u00e9<sup>1<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De quelle fa\u00e7on\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En 2<sup>e<\/sup> ann\u00e9e, j\u2019ai encadr\u00e9 les relais scolaires organis\u00e9s sur le parcours du Marathon de Reims. Puis, en attendant de repasser le concours de recrutement des professeurs des \u00e9coles apr\u00e8s un \u00e9chec aux \u00e9crits, j\u2019ai effectu\u00e9 un stage dans une \u00e9cole pour mettre en place une rencontre athl\u00e9tisme. \u00c0 l\u2019issue de ce stage, l\u2019Usep m\u2019a propos\u00e9 un service civique volontaire\u00a0: en plus du lien avec mon futur m\u00e9tier, j\u2019y ai acquis la connaissance pratique de l\u2019organisation d\u2019une rencontre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Une fois enseignant, vous avez tout de suite fait de l\u2019Usep\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u00e8s que j\u2019en ai eu la possibilit\u00e9. Int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 la \u00ab\u00a0brigade d\u00e9partementale\u00a0\u00bb, j\u2019ai encha\u00een\u00e9 des remplacements courts, avant un remplacement de plusieurs mois \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole de Sept-Saulx, qui venait de s\u2019affilier. Bien que tout jeune enseignant, j\u2019ai fait profiter mes coll\u00e8gues de mon exp\u00e9rience. L\u2019ann\u00e9e suivante, dans une \u00e9cole de l\u2019agglom\u00e9ration d\u2019\u00c9pernay, il \u00e9tait impossible de rivaliser avec l\u2019offre municipale\u2026 Mais, quand en 2015 j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 dans un Itep<sup>2<\/sup>, un Institut th\u00e9rapeutique, \u00e9ducatif et p\u00e9dagogique, j\u2019ai cr\u00e9\u00e9 une association.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C\u2019\u00e9tait nouveau\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oui. Les enseignants ne proposaient pas non plus d\u2019EPS,\u00a0et l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique reposait exclusivement sur les \u00e9ducateurs intervenant hors temps scolaire, le mercredi ou en soir\u00e9e. Mais l\u2019\u00e9quipe enseignante a accroch\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e de proposer des activit\u00e9s physiques, en lien avec des objectifs \u00e9ducatifs en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 et de citoyennet\u00e9. Nous accueillons des enfants d\u00e9scolaris\u00e9s, or l\u2019Usep permet des \u00e9changes avec des enfants de l\u2019enseignement \u00ab\u00a0ordinaire\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Combien avez-vous d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ves dans votre classe\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mon \u00ab\u00a0unit\u00e9 d\u2019enseignement\u00a0\u00bb compte 12 enfants \u00e2g\u00e9s de 6 \u00e0 11 ans. L\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/www.anais.asso.fr\/images\/img_etabl\/ref_4\/pdf\/ITEPStImoges.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Itep de Saint-Imoges<\/a> accueille \u00e9galement 8 coll\u00e9giens. Tous sont en internat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comment faire de l\u2019Usep avec des enfants d\u2019\u00e2ge si diff\u00e9rent\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est toute la difficult\u00e9\u00a0: on s\u2019adapte, et les grands se montrent bienveillants avec les petits, notamment dans les sports collectifs, o\u00f9 nous ajoutons des r\u00e8gles de coop\u00e9ration. Et nous ciblons les rencontres du CE2 au CM2.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dans quelles activit\u00e9s\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e, nous avons particip\u00e9 aux op\u00e9rations Handballons-Nous\u00a0! et Basket \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole, au cross de la Ville de Reims\u00a0(des contrats-temps individualis\u00e9s, c\u2019est plus facile) et \u00e0 une rencontre d\u2019athl\u00e9tisme. Pour la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.education.gouv.fr\/cid111903\/la-semaine-olympique-et-paralympique.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Semaine olympique et paralympique<\/a>, nous avons pris part \u00e0 une rencontre handi-athl\u00e9 avec des enfants mal voyants et mal entendants, et des rencontres tennis et football sont pr\u00e9vues.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les enfants se m\u00ealent facilement aux autres\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est tout l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat social des rencontres Usep\u00a0! Si en milieu ordinaire les objectifs p\u00e9dagogiques sont ceux qui figurent dans les programmes, pour nous cela va bien au-del\u00e0\u00a0! Or la porte n\u2019est pas toujours ouverte pour les enfants d\u2019Itep. Participer \u00e0 des manifestations en inclusion avec des classes ordinaires, c\u2019est une valorisation. Pour eux qui vivent entre eux 24 heures sur 24, c\u2019est aussi une respiration. Et moi, en tant qu\u2019enseignant, cela m\u2019aide \u00e0 \u00e9valuer les progr\u00e8s de mes \u00e9l\u00e8ves.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le but est qu\u2019ils retrouvent le milieu ordinaire\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment. Ces enfants sont en Itep parce que \u00e7a ne tient plus \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole, \u00e0 la maison, ou les deux. L\u2019internat permet une coupure avec la famille et le syst\u00e8me scolaire classique, afin de repartir sur de nouvelles bases.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ces rencontres, vous les pr\u00e9parez tout particuli\u00e8rement ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Eh bien non, car je\u00a0me suis aper\u00e7u que c\u2019\u00e9tait contre-productif\u00a0: cela mettait trop de pression aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves. Je rappelle seulement les objectifs, au niveau sportif et social\u00a0: que \u00e7a se passe bien avec les autres enfants, tout simplement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Votre exp\u00e9rience pourrait-elle \u00eatre reproduite dans d\u2019autres \u00e9tablissements sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est d\u2019actualit\u00e9. Nous sommes jumel\u00e9s avec un autre Itep sans internat, lequel s\u2019est affili\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019Usep. Et nous travaillons \u00e0 la mise en place une commission Usep-ASH<sup>3<\/sup> pour associer d\u2019autres \u00e9tablissements du d\u00e9partement. L\u2019id\u00e9e est d\u2019organiser des temps d\u2019EPS communs, avec des cycles de pratique d\u00e9bouchant sur des rencontres. Pour cela, nous voulons inviter des classes d\u2019autres \u00e9tablissements, pour leur montrer ce qu\u2019on pourrait faire ensemble.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les \u00e9quipes enseignantes sont partantes\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Depuis 4 ans que je travaille dans l\u2019accueil et la scolarisation d\u2019enfants handicap\u00e9s, je me suis aper\u00e7u que les enseignants sont souvent en demande mais n\u2019osent pas, par appr\u00e9hension.
