Cette pratique de l\u2019Usep \u00e9pousait notre choix d\u2019un fonctionnement en co-enseignement : celui d\u2019une classe \u00e0 double niveau, avec un duo d\u2019enseignantes aux salles mitoyennes, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves passant de l\u2019une \u00e0 l\u2019autre au sein de groupes mouvants, tout en partageant des temps communs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vos \u00e9l\u00e8ves n\u2019ont donc pas \u00e9t\u00e9 surpris en participant au <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/index.php\/2018\/09\/21\/un-congres-denfants-pour-feter-les-80-ans-de-lusep\/\">Congr\u00e8s des enfants<\/a>\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pas du tout : c\u2019\u00e9tait la m\u00eame approche.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00e9crivez-nous une ann\u00e9e de vie associative Usep \u00e0 Vernoux\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ann\u00e9e d\u00e9bute avec l\u2019\u00e9lection du bureau d\u2019enfants, \u00e0 l\u2019issue d\u2019une campagne \u00e9lectorale en bonne et due forme : de l\u2019\u00e9ducation morale et civique en actes ! Ce bureau se r\u00e9unit ensuite une fois par semaine. Sa premi\u00e8re mission consiste \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter le calendrier des rencontres d\u00e9partementales \u00e0 toute la classe. L\u2019an dernier, nous avons particip\u00e9 \u00e0 deux d\u2019entre elles, plus deux rencontres de secteur et quelques autres rencontres avec l\u2019association sportive du coll\u00e8ge, autour des activit\u00e9s de pleine nature ou pour la Journ\u00e9e du sport scolaire. L\u2019Usep est un excellent outil de liaison au sein du cycle 3 !<\/p>\n<p>Un autre temps fort est l\u2019organisation d\u2019un voyage \u00e0 caract\u00e8re sportif. Rejoints par d\u2019autres enfants volontaires, les membres du bureau se retrouvent avec moi entre midi et deux, sur mon temps d\u2019activit\u00e9s p\u00e9dagogiques compl\u00e9mentaires d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019Usep. Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves s\u2019occupent de la recherche de financements puis de l\u2019organisation du s\u00e9jour. Il y a deux ans, ce furent deux jours dans un g\u00eete du plateau ard\u00e9chois, avec pratique de l\u2019orientation et du ski de fond, et participation active aux t\u00e2ches de la vie quotidienne, y compris les courses ! Et, l\u2019an dernier, tandis que les CM1 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaient d\u2019un voyage Erasmus, les CM2 ont organis\u00e9 trois jours de randonn\u00e9e en Savoie, avec nuit\u00e9es en refuge.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8681 alignnone \" src=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Oct-Vernoux-refuge-montagne-r\u00e9duit-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"261\" height=\"196\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Comment avez-vous int\u00e9gr\u00e9 la participation au Congr\u00e8s des enfants\u00a0dans ce programme\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nous avons commenc\u00e9 par une semaine de \u00ab d\u00e9bats pique-nique \u00bb avec les enfants volontaires, en abordant \u00e0 chaque fois l\u2019un des th\u00e8mes propos\u00e9s : le r\u00f4le des enfants dans l\u2019association, l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 fille-gar\u00e7on ou l\u2019\u00e9co-citoyennet\u00e9, sujet que nous avons ensuite travaill\u00e9 tous ensemble et qui a abouti \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019une <a href=\"https:\/\/vimeo.com\/362492028\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">vid\u00e9o<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comment les enfants ont-ils v\u00e9cu les phases d\u00e9partementale, r\u00e9gionale et nationale\u00a0du Congr\u00e8s des enfants\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La phase d\u00e9partementale a \u00e9t\u00e9 rondement men\u00e9e car nous sommes la seule \u00e9cole \u00e0 \u00eatre entr\u00e9e dans le projet\u00a0: la d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9e Usep s\u2019est d\u00e9plac\u00e9e, et nous lui avons pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 nos travaux. Nos repr\u00e9sentants ont donc \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s d\u2019office pour le congr\u00e8s r\u00e9gional. Au-del\u00e0 des d\u00e9bats, ce fut pour eux un moment magique\u00a0de se retrouver \u00e0 Lyon avec d\u2019autres enfants. Ils ont pris conscience qu\u2019ils repr\u00e9sentaient tout un d\u00e9partement. Ce fut encore plus fort \u00e0 Paris, o\u00f9 cette fois ils parlaient au nom de la r\u00e9gion Auvergne-Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes\u00a0: ils ont \u00e9prouv\u00e9 le sentiment de faire partie d\u2019une grande famille, diss\u00e9min\u00e9e partout en France mais ciment\u00e9e par des valeurs communes. Ce sentiment d\u2019appartenance \u00e0 l\u2019Usep, nous l\u2019avons aussi \u00e9prouv\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s forte, nous autres adultes, enseignants et parents accompagnateurs. Mais, lors des r\u00e9unions de directeurs, je parle de l\u2019Usep avec c\u0153ur, et j&rsquo;invite mes interlocuteurs \u00e0 ne pas simplement envisager le sport scolaire \u00e0 travers l\u2019offre de rencontres, mais \u00e0 s\u2019int\u00e9resser aussi aux potentialit\u00e9s de la vie associative.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vous restez \u00e9galement membre du comit\u00e9 d\u00e9partemental Usep&#8230;<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u00e0 aussi, nous plantons des graines. L\u2019id\u00e9e-force est de cr\u00e9er une dynamique, de d\u00e9velopper le sentiment d\u2019appartenance \u00e0 l\u2019Usep parmi les enseignants, afin de leur donner envie de s\u2019engager davantage, de s\u2019investir au-del\u00e0 de la participation \u00e0 quelques rencontres.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9<\/strong><strong>cole de Vernoux\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ma coll\u00e8gue Karine s\u2019est inscrite \u00e0 une formation r\u00e9gionale Usep sur la vie associative et fait vivre le label G\u00e9n\u00e9ration 2024 obtenu l\u2019an pass\u00e9, avec une participation \u00e0 un camp olympique d\u00e9j\u00e0 programm\u00e9e.
