Et oui, ces propositions se traduisent d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 sur nos rencontres de sports collectifs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour favoriser le vivre ensemble et le respect sur les rencontres, les enfants de Saint-Lubin\u00a0proposent que toutes les associations se retrouvent en d\u00e9but d\u2019ann\u00e9e pour en discuter\u00a0: c\u2019est possible, \u00e7a\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nous avons conserv\u00e9 l\u2019id\u00e9e, sous la forme d\u2019un atelier citoyen int\u00e9gr\u00e9 aux rencontres sportives. Vivre ensemble, mixit\u00e9, fair-play : les propositions des enfants se rejoignent souvent. Ceux de Chaumont-sur-Loire souhaitaient par exemple lutter contre les comportements partisans en sports collectifs. Eh bien, d\u00e9sormais, nous mixerons les \u00e9quipes avec des enfants de chaque \u00e9cole.<\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8910 alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Octobre-Congr\u00e8s-Usep-41-cross-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Saint-Lubin demande aussi que, lors des cross, gar\u00e7ons et filles courent ensemble avec les m\u00eames contrats-temps. Parall\u00e8lement, Saint-Georges-sur-Cher propose de m\u00e9langer gar\u00e7ons et filles sur toutes les rencontres. La mixit\u00e9 serait-elle une id\u00e9e neuve \u00e0 l\u2019Usep Loir-et-Cher ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9videmment pas\u00a0: il y a d\u00e9j\u00e0 de la mixit\u00e9 sur nos rencontres\u00a0! Mais la proposition des enfants de Saint-Georges va au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 fille-gar\u00e7on\u00a0: ils proposent aussi de m\u00e9langer les \u00e9coles et les niveaux. \u00c0 l\u2019appui, ils sugg\u00e8rent que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves les plus \u00e0 l\u2019aise dans une discipline organisent, avant la rencontre, <em>\u00ab\u00a0un entra\u00eenement personnel\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> pour ceux qui le sont moins\u00a0: en somme, que les plus forts aident les plus faibles. Cela n\u2019est pas facile \u00e0 mettre en place, mais l\u2019id\u00e9e est g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse. \u00c0 minima, nous pouvons retenir le principe d\u2019un brise-glace en d\u00e9but de rencontre.<\/p>\n<p>Pour autant, nous ne reviendrons pas sur tout : il faut peser le pour et le contre. Par exemple, nous ne voudrions pas que des contrats-temps uniformis\u00e9s pour les gar\u00e7ons et les filles sur les cross mettent certaines d\u2019entre elles en difficult\u00e9, et les d\u00e9courage. C\u2019est la limite de la prise en compte de la parole des enfants. Mais les courses seront bien mixtes. D\u2019ailleurs, le cross d\u00e9partemental l\u2019est d\u00e9j\u00e0, mais certains cross de secteur peut-\u00eatre pas encore. C\u2019est pourquoi nous apporterons des retouches \u00e0 notre charte des rencontres sportives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Et que ferez-vous des pr\u00e9conisations de l\u2019\u00e9cole Croix Chevalier-Mandela de Blois en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9co-responsabilit\u00e9\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le pique-nique z\u00e9ro d\u00e9chet est d\u00e9j\u00e0 la r\u00e8gle. Mais leur proposition tr\u00e8s d\u00e9taill\u00e9e interroge nos manifestations de masse comme l\u2019\u00c9toile cyclo et les P&rsquo;tites randos, qui r\u00e9unissent des centaines d\u2019enfants. Nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 supprim\u00e9 les plateaux repas en plastique et les barquettes qui vont avec, mais nous pourrions peut-\u00eatre aller plus loin encore en mati\u00e8re de tri s\u00e9lectif.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8918 alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/archive.usep.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Octobre-Congr\u00e8s-Usep-41-d\u00e9bat-232x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"232\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Plus largement, que retenez-vous de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience du Congr\u00e8s des enfants\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un souffle, un enthousiasme. Le congr\u00e8s des enfants donne tout son sens \u00e0 l\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/luxeuil.circo70.ac-besancon.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2018\/07\/programme-EMC.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">enseignement moral et civique<\/a> (EMC) des programmes de l\u2019\u00c9ducation nationale. Si 4 associations seulement s\u2019y sont engag\u00e9es, elles se sont pleinement investies, et le pr\u00eat de la salle des d\u00e9bats du Conseil d\u00e9partemental a conf\u00e9r\u00e9 une certaine solennit\u00e9 aux \u00e9changes.
